You can place a carryout order as late as 12:40am on the official Papa Johns website, but they lock their doors at 10pm. Don't bother trying to pick up the order you paid for after that time because they will completely ignore you standing outside, knocking on the door. They won't even answer the phone.

Customers are clearly a major inconvenience to these incredibly lazy "workers."

Tastes good, but over the past couple of months the crusts have been SO THIN they couldn't even hold the toppings. I gave them 3 chances thinking it might have been training or other scenario that caused such terrible structure......I will not go to that store again....

Poor customer service. The young gentleman behind the counter needs more training. I showed him the online special for $19.99 I told him how much is it for the in store price. He said it was $25. When I got the order it was missing the knots. I asked for it and he ignored my concern and proceeded to argue that it’s not included. I wish he told me that from the beginning when I asked him about it. I told him that I will put a review, his answer was GO FOR IT.

Mediocre food and they sure do struggle with getting an order delivered. Their customer service when they make mistakes is impossible. They just don't care about the customer at all. It's really not worth it.

The reviews here are correct. The people working there seem like they would like to be anywhere else then doing their job. My pizza was like warm when I picked it up right when they said it was going to be ready. It was somehow semi burnt and I ended up getting sick later that night. I would not ever suggest anyone order from this place. Papa John’s in general seems to have gone downhill and is very over priced for what it is.

My husband and I are staying at a hotel 8 minutes away. We ordered last night and it took them 35+ minutes AFTER the food was picked up to deliver. The food was COLD, completely hard and cold. I complained and a manager called me first thing the next day. Apparently our food was picked up by door dash. They redelivered the order and it was HOT, fresh and delicious. I've never had such a quick resolution and appreciated the re do. We will be back in a few months and this will be our go to location. Thank you to the manager Megan and staff who was very nice on the phone when I wasn't too happy originally.

Not sure how to rate the food as it never got to us. Ordered a timed delivery and when it never showed up we called and she answered and put me on hold without saying a word so i called back because it was 1 hour late to cancel and she hung up on me. Lets cross my fingers that I actually get my refund. Id name her but she said maybe 3 words to me and her name wasnt one, maybe bc she knows her service sucks!!!!!!!!
