Usually this site has fantastic results but today I think we pissed them off by asking for extra sauce on our garlic knots 😂. The gave us so much extra sauce it was all over the entire order and we spent 20 min cleaning it up.

Staff is always great, carryout times are always ready before I arrive, orders are always accurate, and this last time there was a mixup with the coupons I added and the manager was nice enough to still give me my small cheesestick for free.

I am simply giving a 1 star out of no choice, after waiting for my order and hour after promised and getting nothing but excuses for the wait the pizza was terrible. The only nice thing I have to say is the manager of the kitchen was very encouraging to the staff letting them know they were doing a great job 2 times while I waited.

Literally every single time I order from this location they get the order wrong. I just got shafted 7 dollars for sauces and when I go to contact them, its impossible to do so. Terrible. Wouldn't recommend

Do not order here. My friend ordered a pizza yesterday and didn’t get the right toppings. The guy sounded like he was straight up tweaking out when he answered the phone. He asked for her phone number twice and every time she would say the number he would freak out and yell at her it was extremely bizarre. He then said he could offer a discount for a pizza to solve the issue and when she said “ok” he flat out just hung up on her. Worst service.

Do not order from here! Besides the fact they outsource to TrashDash that uses a MapQuest printout instead of actual GPS and gets lost, the store cut a couple slices out of my pizza. The slices clearly didn't connect and had additional slice marks more than the 8 that were inside.
First time in a long time ordering Papa John's. The pizza was far above all the other fast pizza joints. Food was hot and flavorful. Dough tasted good. The staff super freindly and asked if we needed any plates or seasoning packets. Something i would have forgotten.

Had over an hour delivery time due to one driver. The staff were very apologetic and asked if I could pick up my order. I understand how it is to be short staffed last minute. They did great and the food was fresh.

My family and I order frequently from this location. We live close by. I have 5 children 4 of which are boys so they eat me out of house and home so we order pizza a lot. Called today and Bryce helped me with my order and was extremely polite, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend this papa johns location.
