My family and I order frequently from this location. We live close by. I have 5 children 4 of which are boys so they eat me out of house and home so we order pizza a lot. Called today and Bryce helped me with my order and was extremely polite, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend this papa johns location.

Disappointed with the order I phoned in. Requested a pizza that was half pepperoni and black olives and half Canadian Bacon. I received all the toppings on one half, nothing on the other half. Who does that? Not even cut evenly in half. Had to pick thru the pizza to move the Canadian Bacon. Not worth paying for this. Was looking forward to sharing a late evening pizza but this was a waste of time and money.

Very disappointing that they don’t do own delivery anymore and it goes thru Door Dash. So I get to pay Papa John’s delivery fee which covers their fee to Door Dash and then I have to tip the Door Dash person on top of it, just for the Dasher to not grab my complete order, and then show up on my doorstep and tell me she forgot a part of it and that I needed to call for a refund. There is a reason I don’t use Dash, Uber, Grub, etc. Guess no more Papas now either.
I do want to at least thank the manager of the location for sending the missed food over when I called them.

I ordered a large pepperoni and they didn't cook it right and then when i called to tell them about it they said they will send me another one fully cooked but it was worse then the first one i will never order from papa johns again

I had a last-minute order of 6 pizzas for a picnic for all of the 2nd graders at my son's school. I was having issues ordering online so I called in. Sydney who answered the phone was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure I was able to pick these pizzas up at the time I needed (not available on the site) and for the discounted price I was going to pay online. Thanks for going the extra mile to help my kiddo's day be even more special.

Carry out. Lady acted irritated and if she had smiled at all, theb I had a great tip waiting for her but noooo... Truthfully, she spoke the welcome words but her heart was not in it. She appeared hassled by all 6 of us waiting in lobby, all wanting our orders. BUT - a huge but!! The pizza was ever so good. So, not all bad. We ate in car though on way home with paper plates they provided upon asking. Yum!

Won't be ordering delivery from here ever again. Almost $7 delivery charge and I tipped the driver 20% on top of it, and he still couldn't get my $34 pizza to me hot. Heck not even warm. I literally live .04 miles from the store. Ridiculous!
