Some of my toppings were ice cold and the pizza was undercooked. A lot of the toppings were in clumps instead of distributed around the pizza.
I would not accept pizza from here again even if it was free.

Just a bunch of girls not paying attention to me. I had to tell her the food wasn’t paid for because she just handed me my order.
Couldn’t even look or say to me that my card payment went through and I was good to go. She just kept looking down. One of her coworkers had to speak on her behalf because she couldn’t for some odd reason. When you carry out, expect robots

Really, really, REALLY bad (ie non existent) customer service... 3 women workers and 4 customers were just standing there for 15+ minutes - not one of them said a word to any of us. Finally we just had to start yelling to them, asking for our carry out orders. All they did was put their finger up to anything we said, and look confused. My pizza said it was ready before I even walked in, but I was in there for 25 minutes. The 3 employees completely ignored me/us the entire time. Very bizarre... I missed nearly the entire first quarter when I should've been back before tip-off. All I needed was a small cheese pizza carry out. I really need to stop tipping before I'm even helped. This place sucks.

Decided to give this place another try since I moved closer. They got my order wrong. I called up there 4 times, and they hung up on me 4 times. I filed a complaint with corporate, and magically, they started calling me back. Don't waste your money on these people who can't even answer the phone.
Ordered a pizza to grab on the way home. Said pizza was there when I arrived but it was still in the oven. Pizza was cold when I got home so I guess she rushed it since I was there. This place didn't allow me to come inside and served me through the window so I had to wait outside until it was ready. Just say it's ready when it actually is. I could have waited in my car longer and actually had a warm pizza. Will not be back to this location.

I ordered ahead online for a delivery a few hours later. Delivery time comes and goes, I tried calling the store and they wouldn't answer so I called corporate and they couldn't reach the store either.
Well over an hour later a door dash driver called me to say they picked up my order and it was cold and asked the store to remake it, which they refused to do. The driver called me and asked if I wanted it reheated and I told him I tried to cancel already and the store was dodging calls. The driver tried to hand his phone to the manager and they refused to speak to me and confirmed that the order was already cancelled.
Over a half hour later and 2 hours after the order was due, Papa John's tried to deliver it to me and I had to refuse it.
I ordered pizza for my coworkers and I on my lunch break and we had to get food elsewhere after it became apparent we wouldn't get the pizza.

I really should have read the reviews before choosing this location to deliver my order on the app..
After being offered a lunch coupon by the app, I ordered Friday at 11am for a future delivery of 12:15. My food was was still marked Preparing at the end of the delivery window, 12:25. So I called to check and was told it was ready and a driver would be coming my way. Right after, my order was assigned to Doordash to deliver, but even by the time he made it to the store, he had to wait for my order to be ready, 15 minutes after I was told it was ready. I eventually got my food at 12:50. To top it all off, the pizza was undercooked in the middle and it was NOT EVEN CUT. I also paid for 2 extra sauces and only got 2 total.
I immediately submitted feedback and requested a refund, and they decided to call me at 11pm on Saturday?? I was asleep and missed the call so I'm sure it's up to me to call back to resolve this.

Ordered a pizza with all the meats, got a pizza with peppers, onions, mushrooms, onions, pepperoncini—my kids’ worst nightmare. Number to the store with option 5 to talk to a manager rings and rings and disconnects. Talked to the person who takes the order who talked to the “front desk”, and the best they can do is offer a credit for 75% of the cost of the pizza. The number she gives me to contact customer service—the number of the store that takes me once again to a line that rings and rings and then disconnects.

Placed a delivery order and one of the pizzas had numerous incorrect toppings on it. After calling the store 3 times before someone answered, was told I would have to come pick up the pizza and re-delivery was not possible. Terrible service and not sure how such a simple thing could be this incorrect.
