Had an issues with my order. Received my order through doordash and my pizza was obviously dropped. Contacted the store and they handle the matter with out any issues, sent a good pizza right over. Amazing experience would recommend this store to anyone.

The atmosphere was so so I guess, I mean I was only in there for a minute but no greetings by any of the staff, no napkins or plates offered either. Boneless buffalo wings barely had any sauce. Sheesh! I wish I could post a pic on here but I can and will on Yelp!

I recently ordered a pizza from this place, and I was really disappointed. The pizza arrived with absolutely no sauce on it, which made it taste incredibly dry and bland. I called and spoke with the manager about the issue, hoping they would send out a new one, but they refused. It's really frustrating to spend money on food that you can't even enjoy. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Saw I had Papa Dough or whatever they call it saved up so I order a pizza as one does from an establishment such as this, for carry out. Pickup the the pizza, get to the car give it a quick glance because 98% of the establishments in the area get a dang order right. Looked correct. Get home open and the first thing I noticed is the pizza is made terribly! Ordered some toppings on one side a few different toppings on the other. They cut it so bad that it only left 2.5 pieces of one set of toppings. I inspect it further and notice it’s missing most of the toppings in the side with the 2.5 pieces! Come on!! I start calling the store. Pressing 5 to talk to a manager it rings and it rings and goes silent then hangs up. I’m calling for 15mins with the same result. So I have to drive all the way back to the store. Tell them the issues and they start making my pizza. I wait. As I’m waiting I over hear them and the remake they did that one wrong too! And had to start over again!! At this point the manager comes up and asks if I want a drink while I wait? No thanks. As I continue to wait the manager somehow is now getting calls cause some called in and I over hear that they screwed up their pizza too!! And they’re gonna deliver another one!! I’m pissed after hearing and seeing this! Finally the pizza done the manager hands it to me and… nothing… I say so that’s it? Yup he says. They offered me nothing!!
I will never order from here again! I advise you to do the same. They WILL mess up your order. If you do dissect your pizza as soon as it delivered and if you pick it up do it in the store. But I would avoid the terrible service and hassle.

The delivery driver forgot part of the order. The driver simply said call the store. So I tried calling the store but no one awnsered. After 30 minutes of trying I assume im just being ignored at this point.

Ordered carry out and was told to wait because the driver accidentally took my pizza. Who wants a soggy pizza . Ridiculous!
Ordered delivery for 1 pizza, Papa Bites and 2 garlic butters. Was told it would be 50 minutes. I never received an update via text or email. Called the store after an hour, and the person who answered couldn't find the order. Was on hold waiting for a manager when the driver showed up 20 minutes after the expected time. Hung up at that point. Order was cold, pizza was soggy and no butter.

Placed a large order 8 hours before time of delivery on Uber eats. The adolescents at this Papa John’s call 30 minutes before the order is due to be picked up, rudely complain to me, call me by the wrong name and when I corrected him he said whatever. When I asked to speak to a manager he then hung up. I will be going by the store to place a formal complaint with the owner of this franchise. Absolutely terrible leadership and employees at this location.
