Papa Johns Pizza

I can't even begin to express how happy I am that I finally found a go-to pizza place for our lazy dinner nights. We've ordered from all the other pizza restaurants in the area and every single time something has gone wrong -no exaggeration! So imagine my excitement when I order from this Papa Johns for the first time, my order is on time, correct, the delivery driver was pleasant, AND the overall cost was lower than every other place. Thank you for restoring my pizza faith!

Just received our first order from 120th store in Thornton in more than 20 years. I messed up and put the wrong delivery address in the app, my bad. The driver was AWESOME!! He called me right away, confirmed the address, and delivered with a smile. Didn't catch his name but THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.....on to the food. Had pizza, wings, cinnamon pull apart. Everything was perfect, best order in Wings, done crispy and delicious!! (Kinda small but worth it). Pizza was bomb, dessert was yum yum. Thank you so much Papa Johns!!

Several months ago our Family has decided to do Friday Evening Pizza Party. We have chosen this particular Papa John's location as it is near to our home. EVERY Time we have ordered our meal at this location we have been beyond pleased. Delicious, Yummy, Scrumptious pizza and bread sticks each and every time. My main reason though for this review is that I would be remiss if I neglected to Sing The Praises of the two employees that we have been fortunate to purchase pizza from.
Adriana and Zephery are nothing short of Exceptional, Wonderful, Outstanding and Completely TOP-NOTCH !! They truly go Above and Beyond to make sure the customer is pleased and satisfied. Seems to me that they ensure in doing so because They Care! Both of them show Extraordinary Work Ethic and from what I've noticed that it improves their days after receiving compliments and smiles from not only us but surely from many others as well. You definitely have a tried and true customer in me/us. I look forward to seeing them on Friday afternoons.

We ordered 10 pizzas for our wedding reception yesterday, and we were incredibly happy with the service we received! The manager was incredibly helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for our order and delivery notes. The pizza arrived exactly on time and everything was made correctly and was delicious! Very happy

Customer service sucks! They got door dash to deliver my food and they delivered it to the wrong address. Food is cold and they take no responsibility. This girl even hung up on my. Horrible customer service.

My fiancé and myself were hungry late Wednesday night. When Adriana and Kevin made our pizza and Breadsticks last minute. They were so kind and great when I picked up the pizza. We will absolutely go back because of them alone!

I called in with an issue on the app & Jeremiah went above & beyond with helping me. He was kind & caring, answered all of my questions, & provided service you don't get anywhere else. I will definitely be a repeat customer thanks to him. We need more people like him in this world. Thank you!!!

We ordered 2 Papa Dias and six chicken wings and when I got home neither Papa Dias had very much filling inside them I'd say they had about 40% of what they used to have. Even if you put all the fillings into just one it would still be skimpy Total rip off

I had a horrible experience at this Papa John’s (2683 E 120th Ave, Denver) on May 6th around 6:05 PM. I went to pick up my pizza and waited 18 minutes with no acknowledgment, even though the store was not full—just two overworked employees visibly scrambling during the dinner rush. When one of them finally yelled out my order and placed it on a nearby shelf, I thought I was supposed to go get it (as there was open access to the shelf). As I took a step toward it, the male employee suddenly screamed at me, "Who the f* do you think you are?"** and accused me of going behind the counter, though I hadn’t crossed any barrier. When I apologized and explained I misunderstood, he shouted again, told me I’d get him fired, and screamed profanity-laced responses when I asked for a manager or the store number. He claimed he was the manager—but clearly wasn’t equipped to handle customer service, or human interaction, frankly. I've worked in the service industry—I understand stress. But this was aggressive and uncalled for. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location until it’s properly staffed and supervised.
