Customer service sucks! They got door dash to deliver my food and they delivered it to the wrong address. Food is cold and they take no responsibility. This girl even hung up on my. Horrible customer service.

My fiancé and myself were hungry late Wednesday night. When Adriana and Kevin made our pizza and Breadsticks last minute. They were so kind and great when I picked up the pizza. We will absolutely go back because of them alone!

We ordered 2 Papa Dias and six chicken wings and when I got home neither Papa Dias had very much filling inside them I'd say they had about 40% of what they used to have. Even if you put all the fillings into just one it would still be skimpy Total rip off

I had a horrible experience at this Papa John’s (2683 E 120th Ave, Denver) on May 6th around 6:05 PM. I went to pick up my pizza and waited 18 minutes with no acknowledgment, even though the store was not full—just two overworked employees visibly scrambling during the dinner rush. When one of them finally yelled out my order and placed it on a nearby shelf, I thought I was supposed to go get it (as there was open access to the shelf). As I took a step toward it, the male employee suddenly screamed at me, "Who the f* do you think you are?"** and accused me of going behind the counter, though I hadn’t crossed any barrier. When I apologized and explained I misunderstood, he shouted again, told me I’d get him fired, and screamed profanity-laced responses when I asked for a manager or the store number. He claimed he was the manager—but clearly wasn’t equipped to handle customer service, or human interaction, frankly. I've worked in the service industry—I understand stress. But this was aggressive and uncalled for. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location until it’s properly staffed and supervised.

They accidentally gave our order away to a dasher. When we arrived at the store the manager proceeded to refund our order and remade our pizzas in less than 20 minutes AND walked it out to our car. Thank you for your professionalism!

Ordered a pizza and came in to pick it up at 11:05pm 03/16. There was an Employee working with dreadlocks and a cast ALONE in the store. My man had CAST and still gave me a wicked pizza, please give him a raise. Thank you

I was having problems navigating the Papa John’s app. Immediately after placing my order on the app, I called the store and spoke with Scott. He made sure that my order was correct and was very professional And easy to talk to. He cleared everything up, and my order Came out exactly how I wanted. Thank you Scott. You are that dude.

This place sucks so hard. They screw up our delivery over half the time. Then when you call it just rings and rings and then hangs up on you. The website doesn’t work for complaints either. Hate this place.

We order via paper johns website at 530pm on a Monday at 730pm still no pizza and no one will answer the phone. Their delivery person said it was our for deli very for over an hour. We texted the driver to ask where they were and confirm our address. Magically it was marked as delivered but nope it wasnt.
