It is my first time going to this establishment. The guy at the counter was not horrible but a bit snarky.As I’m walking out I hear him mumble something toward me that I could not make out but I try not to assume anything. But anyway I got a pizza and cinnamon buns. Both items were not very fresh and the pizza had an odd taste. I’m not sure if it was the sauce or what but it was not good and was like undercooked and cold. ANYWAY the next day I got a bad stomach ache and have had frequent spasms of stomach pain. I don’t recommend anyone eat here. A different review mentioned the bad quality of food here and unfortunately I found out the hard way. But no more…

I ordered pizza at 11am today receive pizza at 12 and it’s beyond cold. Recieved wrong sauce with cheese bread and didn’t get garlic sauce for pizzas.I’ve tried calling the store multiple times no pick up or anything.I won’t be doing business with papa John’s anymore.No wonder why stores are closing.

Ordered a pizza and zesty sauce with banana peppers on the side upon arrival my friend opened a zesty sauce and ate some and told me it tasted weird so I dipped my finger in and tried it and almost vomited I then checked the label only to realize that the expiration date was last month at this point we didn't want the sauce and were just gonna throw them away and continue eating the pizza my friend then unfortunately bit into a rotten pepper at this point we are scared to eat any food that comes out of this restaurant and will not be doing so in the future and recommend going somewhere else the people in this store no longer care about quality, heath or safety and should be looked over by an inspector. This is not the fist time I have received poor quality of food from this location and will probably be the last.

PICK SOME WHERE ELSE. I orderee a large dinner for my family. It came so fast that I was skeptical which I later found out was the right feeling. The first pizza was so undercooked the dough was wet and stretched. I had to cook the dang thing myself. The second pizza was okay, but then the wings were so cold and dry. Then the cinnamon dessert was hard as a rock! I made a complaint they gave us a coupon and when I went to give them a second chance a few months later the call center couldn't look up coupons and transfered me to the store 3 TIMES and no one there would answer. Also since when did the people at the stores stop taking the orders??.. They're not getting another shot, this was absord. I'll go to slice works across the way.

I made a mistake and ordered it at the other location on 120th, it happened to be a busy Friday night and manager/supervisor Josh was so so kind and bumped my order to the front after reordered it here. I appreciated the hospitality so much. I am sure they get this mistake consistently and it could have been easily an annoyance but instead he was so accommodating. Also everyone was super kind for such a busy night
Second time I have recently ordered a timed delivery. First one was two hours late but I received coupons for a free medium cheese pizza. I used that coupon tonight and scheduled a timed delivery for 7 pm. I ordered 4 other items and still over $80 of pizza and included the drivers tip. It’s now 8:12 pm and we’ve tried to call the store multiple times and keep getting hung up on or transferred to someone in India who transfers us again only to be hung up on. Absolutely deplorable customer service and apparently you don’t get your order and if you are lucky enough to get it two hours later you get cold old pizza! Never ordering from them again and overpriced for what it is! I can’t believe I got hung up on every single time I tried to call to find out where our pizza was.

Waiting an hour and 20 mins after paying in the lobby for them to have an attitude and ignore me and when confronted didn't care tried to talk to manager and he didn't seem to care either he'd rather cuss at his 1 good employee and slack off with the bad ones.. corporates already involved so hopefully they change the atmosphere of this location for the better
