I love Papa John's, but I won't order from this particular location again. I had placed a carry out order through DoorDash, which meant I personally came to get my pizza. Shortly after I arrived, two DoorDash delivery drivers came to pick up their orders. Once the drivers left, the guy who seemed to be in charge started trash talking the DoorDash delivery drivers, the DoorDash customers, the city in general, and even mentioned me specifically - I guess he didn't read the part of the order that said I would pick up my order myself. I don't know why he was so angry with everyone, but it was very hostile and I was very glad to leave.

My son wanted Papa John's. I had Domino's. Sure glad I did. Never have I ever had a pizza, ordered The meats, and I could taste NOTHING. The most flavorless pizza I've ever had. $31 for an image of something that I should have been able to eat. The service was mid. I was helped, but they seem bothered that I interrupted their football game that was loud as heck on a personal laptop sitting on top a pizza machine. I wouldn't recommend this place

Hey the delivery driver drop the wings on the ground outside I called they said they can make it right by resending wings after they confirmed with door dash which was confirmed so waited for the wings and waited, waited some more and nothing came

Ordered a medium thin crust, well done cooked and square cut pepperoni and mushroom. They sent a medium regular crust, regular cook, regular cut with the correct toppings. For what it costs for a pizza you would hope they would get it right. The delivery lady was perfect, friendly and even had a treat for my pup. That’s the only thing good I can say about this. The thing is, I was giving Papa John’s one last chance and this ruined it.
All your damn bread sticks had no garlic on them (literally the only point of papa John’s bread sticks). The cheese tasted old and stale and the crust was HORRIBLE. Worst pizza.

Haven't had the pizza yet, but the interaction I had with Jason was worth 5 stars. He was very helpful, patient, and really went far to make sure I didn't die by unhappy girlfriend. When my order was done early, he even packed up all the plates and stuff, and I'm having a great, dish-free date night!
