I am a Papa rewards and I recently moved to this new neighborhood. As always I order Papa Johns but the last three times I have ordered the people at this location are extremely rude. On Sunday I ordered a small pizza at 630. It said delivery at 9.00pm. Whatever I dealt with it because I like PapaJohns. Then 930 rolls around and no pizza. I call to cancel and the guy dosnt even offer me anything, dosnt even say sorry. So I just want everyone out there to beware of this specific Papa Johns. I am fed up, third times a charm in my book. Since I like the pizza so much I will just drive to the PJ in Thornton because they at least seem to have it togehter.

I have ordered pizza from this location several times and never ever had an issue with them pizza was always super delicious. Ordered 2 large pizzas and a cheese bread delivery driver forgot the cheese bread another worker showed up to my house with the bread also gave us a free cheese pizza garlic knots and cinnamon bread which I greatly appreciated however after my husband and kids all ate each one of us got very sick have severe diarrhea and vomiting never will order from here again they poisoned my entire family

This is my second time ordering from this store and it will be my last! The first time we ordered we recieved burnt pizzas, this time I've been waiting an hour n a half past our estimated delivery time and I call to see where our food is and the manager says the delivery driver couldn't find my house so he just brought our food to the store. If the driver called he didn't leave a message or send a text. Then the manager says I "probably" didn't put our house number in my order and that's "probably" why the driver couldn't find it. That's no excuse! Then when they finally arrive 2hrs late they say my phone kept going to voicemail and that's why the driver couldn't deliver. If he had left a voicemail it would have come through and I could have called back but since he didn't I had no idea they had tried to call. In the end we finally did get our pizza but no garlic butter dipping sauce They did end up refunding my money for the order but they could have saved alot of fuss time and money with a simple voicemail or text!!!!

Let's face it - working fast food isn't as easy as you might think. My husband and I have ordered from this location many times and despite suffering a few setbacks (power outage, car breaking down, short staffed), the manager ALWAYS takes care of you...and somehow maintains his composure. I swear, the ovens could be exploding and zombies breaking in the back door, employees screaming and throwing pepperoni at them like shurikens and he'd still calmly take your order. One time the wrong pizza was delivered to our house and the embarrassed driver had to come back. Another time, the pizza seemed a little old like it took a while to get it out the door. I have to say, though the good experiences FAR outweigh the bad and again - they always make it right. Give them a try - even if you have to pick up the order due to long delivery times. It's worth it. God speed, manager dude.
I will never order from here again! I'm currently at a hotel and ordered pizza, this older gentleman, mid to late 50's with a white beared and glasses dropped off my pizza. He asked me if I was alone, I said yes for the time being. The .He asked me if I wanted company later!!!! Rude and not something I appreciate by any means especially from a pizza delivery guy! I have never had this problem Jo matter where I am at but this time, this guy made me feel extremely unsafe! He should be fired for even thinking that of someone!!! Straight sicko!!!

When I called the lady answered like I was her worst enemy lol! Sometimes I try to order from here because they're close by but my order comes out wrong and there's nothing they can do to fix it other than moan and groan as if the inconvenience was all theirs so today I'm thankful for Postmates and this new age ability to get delivery from a different and actually competent business. Try elsewhere. AND TIP YOUR DRIVER PEOPLE!

I will start with, I like their pizza. This review is for the customer service (or lack there of) I received. They were having a carryout special, $7.99 for a large 2-topping pizza. I put an order into their online system, and spent about 30 minutes messing with it because something was wrong with their website. I finally got it fixed, put in my credit card, and the website kept sending me in a loop: Review order, confirm order, review order, confirm order...I tried about 10 times, but gave up and decided to call my order in. The gentleman that answered the phone seemed to have been extraordinarily hard of hearing. I had to repeat my name, phone number, pizza order about six or seven times each. He was kind and apologetic about it, but it was extremely frustrating to be spending literally five minutes ordering one pizza. At the end, he told me that my order would be $14+. I explained that there was a carryout special for $7.99, so he put his manager on the phone. She told me that the special was only if I placed the order online. I tried to explain to her that the website was sending me in circles and asked if she would honor the deal since it was their website that was preventing me from ordering online. She refused to honor the deal, so I canceled my order and hung up the phone. I will not give my money to a business that cannot provide customer service. I will not return to this location, even though I live 1/2 mile away.

Got a pick up and everyone in this location was really nice and the inside was very clean! Didnt get names but they worked around 5 pm on October 9th ! Thank you for your great customer service and friendliness! Pizza was cooked perfect and was very good!
