Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

First time at this location and honestly I will drive 2-3 time Farther to another location because of the cleanliness and customer service of some of the employees. The place was absolutely disgusting. There was food all over the floor, the trash can was over flowing with receipts. It looked like the floors haven’t been swept in months Or mopped in years. The prep area where the pizzas were being made, was covered with cheese and other ingredients. The racks for online orders had old possibly dried food on them, and there was a broom in the corner Just thrown on the floor. There was one young man with a buzz cut in the front when I walked in, and he had to walk all the way to the back of the building to grab three other young men to help him because I assume he was getting backed up with orders. He was the only one who was friendly and spoke to me during my entire visit. That’s why I gave an extra star for service because of him and him only. The guy who took my order was not friendly at all and was trying to clock someone in and told me aggressively to hang on while I was attempting to scan my card. On top of everything else the music that was being played over the sound system had a cuss word every other word and it was so loud. I couldn’t believe that a business would allow all of this to happen especially a food establishment. I will be going to another location from now on that I know is clean and you can at least get treated like a human.

I do love their pizzas but every time i come here, it’s always a different person or people working inside and it’s always the same service - crappy. it’s like that’s a requirement to be hired here is to just give people the worst service ever.

Worst service I walked in at 7:30 and was turned away when they close at 8. The staff and manager were extremely rude. Don't use this location.

You know I did really like this place. But the last 4 times now they've screwed my order up and then they just stand there and act dumb and couldn't care less. Then they don't even answer the phone. It's just a couple of teenagers that couldn't care less about anything let alone order accuracy and making things right. Wint be coming here anymore.
FOLLOW UP...after submitting my review they reply with a link to further explain the occurrence that happened. The only way to submit your complaint is to agree to the marketing terms and conditions LOL!! What a racket!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I ordered 1 create your own pizza with 2 meats and 2 veggies and a Murphy's Combination. Plus I ordered a salad and a cinnamon ring. My husband picked up and they were out oJof salad and the cinnamon ring. They said they would refund both. When my husband got home neither pizza was right and I thought I got the wrong order. I tried calling the store 5 times but after one recording it hung up on us.

This same thing happened the week before but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I went in with the incorrect pizzas and they told me they couldn't refund even after calling their manager. They would not take the pizzas back so we brought them with us.

I was totally irritated with them and asked to call the manager again. They would not do that because I had said what were they doing?? There were no customers and no orders being worked. The place was filthy there was a dried piece of pepperoni on the back of the register in addition to sauce and cheese everywhere. By then my restaurant and bar manager skills kicked in and I asked what they were doing? They had no pizzas to make but couldn't clean. They said they were not allowed to make salads or Cinnamon rings.

Please do something about this place, because I am also going to call the health department and ask what the score was on their last inspection.

I also am going to refute the charge on my card!.

It was very busy somehow one of my pizzas got taken by another customer and I was there for almost 45 min waiting until I realized that, mentioned it to employees they were nice & fixed it but that’s a little excessive to wait that long. Tuesdays are a mess up there so warning in advance maybe order ahead than pick up that’s what I’ll be doing from here on out.

I am grateful for the guys making my pizza at the last minute. I placed the online order at 7:21 pm and when I got there at 7:50 the order was just coming through. They quickly made my pizza and had good attitudes about having to put the food away and clean up when clearly they were ready to leave for the day. Great customer service!

I have never had such a bad experience at this place. I ordered two pizzas, a club salad, and a cinnamon wheel. I went in to pick up my items and the pizzas were in the rack. I asked them about the salad and the cinnamon wheel. They said "we don't have the club salad, would you like an Italian salad?". I took the Italian salad reluctantly because i dont like olives. They also said "they don't have the cinnamon wheel". They offered me a refund or a cheesy bread. I said I'll take the refund. He said " I have to keep your receipt and it will take 48 hours to hit your bank". Hopefully they give me the refund otherwise I will need to send the order confirmation as proof.
The last thing that put me over the edge, while I was retrieving my pizzas off of the rack, another customer reached over me to grab his pizza and touched my behind. I turned around and said "you have got to be kidding me!". No reflection on the store, just sent me over the top. I doubt I will ever be back. I know they are busy but there were 5 guys out front and two in the back that maybe could have made my salad and cin amon wheel.

Wife put in an order for a pizza for her birthday online. Went into store with my 7 yr old daughter. They said: “OH SNIT” we didn’t even start it yet. She went in 30 minutes after pickup. Told 20 minutes. Goes back. Repeat reaction, no pizza started. Told her to come home. Used to have good options for my dairy allergic daughter. Sadly this location doesn’t care about people’s time though.

Ordered Papa Murphy's $5 Friday take and bake! Great pizza at a great price (2 pizzas at Papa Murphy's for about the price of that other place that used to be $5 per pizza) and better pizza, imho. :)

Carlos and 1 other person were working and Carlos was so attentive he went above and beyond and he knows how to make a great pizza. Thank you Carlos I will be returning to this store.

Came in today and had amazing service. Carlos and Gabe were Friendly and very helpful. And dispise it just being the two of them they also go my pizza out fast and looked great. Will definitely becoming to this location from now on.

Vegetarian options: Zucchini, onion, tomato and mushrooms were amazing. The sauce wasn’t too heavy and it tasted delicious. Not a lot of places have a a good selection of veggies toppings and this place does!
