We order on Tuesdays almost every other week, usually online. Today I went in and ordered a large stuffed crust which is now $10.99. I was charged over $15 and was told stuffed crust costs more. It never has before. I went online and it was $10.99. I guess ordering online is the way to go if you don't want to be overcharged.

Classic bait and switch at this location. I listen Papa Murphy ads on KKFN, The Fan, radio station ALL the time. Today is "$5 Friday". The promotion is for aa large cheese, pepperoni or sausage thin crust pizza for $5.I got charged $6! That's a classic Bait and Switch folks. I asked about the price and one of the three "pizza techs" said "each location can charge it's own price; ours is $6." No where was there a sign posted to the effect.I noted other similar complaints in the comments for this location.Perhaps I'll file a complaint with Phil Wiser, CO Attorney General about Papa Murphy's constant false advertising. Colorado consumers need to protected from these kinds of business tactics.

Just picked up pizza for a small get together. Ordered online it was easy and it was ready . Took home and baked them two at a time and it was much cheaper then the other stores.....

Devin and Levi were very helpful when recommending pizza choices the 5.99 pepperoni was absolutely delicious. The store was very tidy and the boys were very nice will be coming back.

They advertised a $5 special on TV. I called ahead to confirm it. A man confirmed the special pricing. When I got there it was $6. I gave the employee a little more. He kept the change, without asking. Not a big deal. The taste was ok. But a premium frozen pizza from Safeway or Walmart tastes better and it's more convenient. Maybe the other pizzas are better. Not sure, but probably won't go back.

While the service was very friendly the sign in their window clearly states $10 Tuesdays any large pizza but when I attempted to order a large Chicago style stuffed pizza I was told they cannot do a stuffed pizza for that price which leaves me kind of baffled
On a Tuesday I paid $10 for a one topping pizza because they have no toppings to make pizza???? Guess I was as foolish as the ones in charge of ordering so I deserved

I've ordered online several times with no problems. My order was ready when I arrived and tasted great when I got it home and cooked it. The minor effort of cooking it at home will save you significant money. Last time, I ordered on the phone and they lost the order. Hac to wait about 5-10 minutes while they tried to tell me I must've called you wrong store, then when I proved I hadn't, they finally realized their mistake and made it relatively quickly. So order online and things should go smoothly.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had picking up "Take n Bake" pizza like you have to just throw things on dough. Had to wait for them to remake the pizza after giving my order to a different person spent 15 mins in the lobby not very clean in there either. Seems to have gone down hill sad to say but take n bake isn't worth it when you can't cook it pizza dough is falling apart.!
