This bake-at-home takeout pizza place offers a refreshing alternative to the cardboard and plastic taste of typical pizza chains. It fills a gap in an area lacking authentic Neapolitan pizza options, particularly since Mondos Pizza declined recently. The ingredients ensure a satisfying experience, and the convenience of baking at home without extra equipment (pan or stone) or mess is a plus. However, there's room for improvement in accommodating custom ingredient requests, as well as their menu beyond pizza are bland (salads, monkey bread, and pastas).
Parking: Usually a few spots right in front of store, with many more around it.

Stop by Papa Murphy’s to get a pepperoni pizza from my kiddos Saturday night dinner. After following the directions checked on the pizza. 17 minutes later there was a big bubble on the pizza. I thought maybe it go down but it didn’t. . What a waste it took a whole slice out of my pizza.

Always order online, food ready when they send email stating it. Workers are always nice when I show up to pick up pizza.

Usually I love getting pizza from here but today I was extremely disappointed when I was given a premade pizza that had been refrigerated for who knows how long. When I asked for a fresh pizza because I preferred light sauce I was told i would be charged the full price instead of the discounted price because the pizzas were already made for the day... The pizza has no sauce or toppings in the middle and it tastes old. If i knew I would be getting a premade refigured pizza I would've went to Walmart.

3:00 PM, Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024.Absolutely the rudest person on the phone with me regarding my online order. All I wanted to do is NOT pay what I believe to be an automatic tip of $4.36 to make a $21 pizza that I have to take home, bake and serve to myself. All I got back was "We have no control over the tip you payed" and I just wanted to cancel my order, reorder and pay a $2 tip for a $20 pizza.A 10% tip for no service other than somebody doing their job sounds more than fair to me."We can't cancel your order... we have no control over what YOU did online."I tried to explain.... "cancel my previous order that I want to pick up in 90 minutes, I will send another order in and give you a $2 tip"It all went downhill after that. The young girl I talked to had no idea how to deal with a customer who simply did not want to pay what seemed to be a mandatory $4.36 tip and replace it with a $2 tip to pay to somebody that is ONLY putting ingredients on a piece of uncooked dough. Nothing like ... "Can I please get some water, or cook and deliver my food, or 'can I get you something else before I give you your tab?' " or ANYTHING other than doing the job they were hired to do. Just like I did for 4 decades.I wish I got a 20% tip for all the work I did in my career as a design engineer just doing my job without any customer interaction ... I'd be rich and laughing all the way to the bank. This young lady will grow up someday and become capable of dealing with customers at a pizza joint that doesn't even serve pizza. They just MAKE pizza. But for now.... she isn't.

Great take and bake pizza, but very expensive. Used to be half the cost like $16 for two fully loaded pizzas now it's typically around $40. Cookie dough is great as they told us it is made with homogenized eggs, so no issues for raw cookie dough lovers.

Good pizza, but this location gets my online order wrong every single time. I end up spending money on modifications only to not have them fulfilled.
The staff in here is always very nice. The pizza is what I would expect at any Papa Murphy's
First time ever having this and....wasn't Impressed. Got an all cheese and it was sooo garlicy. At a birthday for a 5yr no one touched the cheese after tasting it. We threw everything away but a few bites.I specifically asked about onions. I highly emphasized that we had someone with onion allergies and I was assured that there was no cross contamination, yet in our meat pizza, a huge onion so that 2nd pizza was rendered useless too. We have 2 more pizzas in the freezer now but idk if they'll be eaten. Nearly $90 and I wish I had just gotten delivery.?
