Fabulous service & food. Would be better if you added coccoli to the menu downstairs (pleaseeeeeee)
The space is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a romantic or date night dinner. The service was friendly and very attentive. They food was excellent and were so happy since we've had a hard time finding good Italian food since we moved from NJ.
We visit Parisi every time we visit from New Jersey I was thrilled when I saw the full service restaurant downstairs has reopened. It was closed since Covid. The service and food were perfect. The wine list as well as the wine by the glass are excellent The prices are very fair for the quality of the entire Dining experience. Loved it !
Pizza is disappointing and floppy. Pasta is excellent. Go for the pasta.
I've always loved Parisi for lunch so was very excited to see they had a formal restaurant in the lower level. Their bruschetta and pear salad were great starters. We all had pasta. The ravioli and bolognese were both very well done. The rigatoni was a little lacking in sauce and flavor. Overall a very good experience.
we were very excited to finally eat here again after it had been closed for 5 years. Very underwhelmed. The food wasn't impressive at all. I had pasta with shrimp. The tomato sauce was plain and garnished with more tomatoes. I would think that the chef would have been creative than just more tomatoes. We had calamari. It was just rings out of the box with the same plain tomato sauce that was used on my pasta dish. They need more to make it better. It could be a incredible spot with a little more effort.
Great place to eat.

Perfect casual atmosphere with great food. The whole concept is efficient with excellent service. Everyone appeared happy to be there.
Parisi has a great atmosphere and vibe. I stopped in here for lunch when I had a pizza craving. It was packed on a Wednesday, a good sign. I sat at the bar and had a menu right away. I had excellent service the entire time. I ordered the Maialona pizza, what Americans would call a meat lovers pizza. Prosciutto, salami, sausages. Amore. It has a beautiful presentation, the meats are savory and flavorful, and the crust was crispy with a stone oven flavor that’s difficult to find in Denver. One big problem though: the crust is too thin to accommodate the obscene piles of meat and cheese. The fats leech out and make the crust in the center soggy. You can’t lift the slices without it falling apart and the texture is essentially ruined. Less is more, gluttony is a sin in Italy folks. I’m not sure if this is the standard serving or if this pie was prepared by an inexperienced cook with a heavy hand, but dial it back a little. You could use half the level toppings and I’d be twice as satisfied. I’m hoping I can return and revise this to a 5 star review soon. Grazie.
Parisi Sotto is delightful. The atmosphere is moody and romantic. The menu offers something for everyone. Several homemade pastas and they did not disappoint. The salad with fresh peaches and Prosecco dressing was cold, fresh and a winner. We tried 2 desserts. The cream puffs come in 3 and were the perfect size. We shared a desert calzone stuffed with bananas, ice cream and Nutella. Worth the calories! We will definitely be back soon.
It is a fairly different concept for ordering and seating so just be prepared. It would probably move quicker if the food sucked but it’s amazing and that’s why there is a crowd. It’s worth it and the food does come out pretty fast. The pricing was fantastic for the value as well.
Me and my friend made reservation when we showed up we felt over dressed for the upper portion that's when we were directed downstairs and oh my gosh was the vibe different (in a good way!) such a cool experience the ambience was amazing the service was incredible the menus were concise and easy to choose what we wanted I would recommend this place to anyone in Denver unfortunately I'm not a local so it was most likely my first and last time there but it will be a cherished memory
