Hoping to spread some positivity for Parisi after the fire. I’ve been visiting here for at least 15 years, and my parents went to the original location before they switched. It has continued to be such a wonderful restaurant and their values towards creating actually authentic Italian pizza and other Italian foods is inspiring to sharing cultures from across the world. The service is always extremely quick once seated and the environment and lighting is always fun and energetic....
Stopped in mid-afternoon for a small plate. They have a kids menu and the small pizza was perfect for me. However, they didn't want to let me, a senior order off the kids menu (I've never been denied this as most restaurants will let seniors do this). The manager had a change of heart and let me this one time. Seniors have smaller appetites and with the cost of food these days, I won't patronize a place without a senior/kids menu. Parisi is one of my wife's favorite places to go, but service tonight was absolutely atrocious. They were focused on table turn so they didn’t refill drinks, there was no one at the takeout counter so lines were beyond long. The food is good and the service is usually ok, but tonight that was not the case.
