Some of the best food I had in Denver. The Fuego Melt was fire!!! Their parmesan truffle were crispy and perfectly salty. Service was great. Overall, this for sure one of my new favorite places in the city!!! They have outside seating nicely covered and comfortable even during 90F+ days. Definitely recommend this place. Frank and Richie were great and took good care of everything!

Some of the best food, some of the best hospitality and the best service I’ve ever received moving here. Richy was an exceptional server. Make sure all of my needs were kept.

Order the Hatch Burger (Medium Cooked)
It's a 1/3-lb grilled patty*, with jalapeno cream cheese, pepper jack, caramelized onion, jalapeño, and a brioche bun. Add the Cajun fries.

When ordering a 20$ burger, I expect the patty to be at least as thick as a whopper. This was seriously the thinnest burger patty I've ever seen. Was disappointed in the lack of actual flavor the burger had as well. We also got the truffle fries, we could smell the truffle oil, but couldn't taste it all. The drinks were alright. Overall, we found it to be overpriced for what we got. The fact that I would get a whopper from BK(which I don't even like) before going back here should say a lot.
Kid-friendliness: Can't say I'd bring kids here. They'd be bored, but the food is bland enough they'd likely be fine eating there.
Wheelchair accessibility: I actually came in a wheelchair and it was accessible. Was able to get in and maneuver to a table easy enough, didn't use restroom so can't say about those.

We used to eat here all the time, after having found it by chance and having a super fun time with the vibe and staff, usually getting the Po Boy or the Impossible burger, if we didn’t split the Cauliflower wings. Unfortunately for us, Park Burger decided that in one of the biggest vegetarian/vegan cities in the country, they’d get rid of every viable pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan option from the menu in favor of a bland bean patty and some Brussels sprouts (which now have bacon on them, like bafflingly everything else on the menu. They told us, graciously, that they still had a couple impossible patties left, then after we gratefully agreed, served us a bean patty anyway. The quality of the food has significantly gone downhill since opening. The music has also been getting considerably louder as time has progressed to the point where it’s uncomfortable. Tired of restaurants letting the desire to fit in and the bottom line ruin their vibe. Unfortunately just feels like another Denver restaurant now.

The waiter was fantastic!! We sat outside. There are heaters and TVs outside. The sweet potato fries melted in my mouth. Nachos had loads of chicken. Hubbies wings were cooked to perfection (he had them naked). We don't drink alcohol but the mixed drinks sounded incredible....
Greatest burger I had in a long time.
Service is really good, people are friendly. Great vibe.

I’m sad that I found out about this place as late as I did. I live right around the corner and now find myself in here virtually every day. I don’t think I’ve had a bad thing on the menu and I doubt I will at this point. All the staff are super chill and friendly and they always greet me when I come in.

The perfect place to grab brunch on football Sunday. The Buffalo wings and Denver cheese steak were delicious and the bartender Richie was super friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and were having fun the whole time. Count me as a new regular, I’ll be back for sure
