But now, let's break it down: First of all, I gotta give a huge shout-out to our server Jackson. Real chill dude and very helpful for our first time. The place was very chill, had a wonderful time eating with my Dad for a late lunch. Vibe was a nice burger restaurant. Now, actual food wise, I would highly recommend the Blackened Ahi Tuna Burger (If you are ok with fish). Don't change it if you want something different. It was my first time having something like this burger. AMAZING just the way it is. Totally worth checking this place out, go stop by if you haven't already. 👌

Never loved a meal here to be honest. Burgers are under seasoned and over cooked. Presentation is sloppy at best and usually wind up with more burger falling out onto the plate than you do in your mouth. Service can seem slow and impersonal, food is usually pretty quick though. Pricey for the full package.
Blue cheese chips are their biggest redeeming quality.
I recently tried this place after driving past it a few times (we thought it looked cute and fun). There's a decent variety of menu options for a hamburger place, but the burgers didn't end up being anything special. I would also say that they were not cooked long enough and that your griddle is not hot enough (both burgers were more pink than we like). The BBQ sauce didn't have much flavor, and the other ingredients were added chaotically; it was tough to keep everything on the bun. And wow the tater tots are so salty - I couldn't finish. I would have loved if we got our water first, instead of having to wait for the rest of our drinks to be ready. Likewise, I would have loved if my burger came out at the same time as my husband's, instead of when he was halfway done. We also sat on the patio near the back where it smelled unpleasant and strong. Odd. I really wanted to like this place, but I don't think I'll be back.

We come to Park Burger often and live in the neighborhood, so we really enjoy supporting you. The last time we were in, we were seated at the far table by the bar/bathroom area, and unfortunately it smelled like sewage the entire time.
Last night, we asked a few times if we could be seated outside or anywhere away from that spot, but we ended up at the second table from the bathroom instead of the first—and it still had the same sewage smell. I want to be clear that this is not the host’s fault at all, but it’s really hard to enjoy our meal while smelling that.
Just wanted to share this feedback in case it’s something that can be addressed. We’d love to keep coming in and having the great experiences we’re used to.
