I can’t say enough good things about this spot! Such a hidden gem. Stumbled upon it one day and now I always stop by when I’m in the area. They have these insanely delicious croissants and wonderful Turkish coffee. It’s run by the sweetest family. The inside is always decorated and decked out for the season. Can’t recommend this enough!

Amazing hidden gem, the first time we’ve come here and we will absolutely be back. Food is home cooked, amazing quality and ingredients felt fresh and clean, the (presumably) owner was extremely nice and did everything herself. Worth the couple extra minutes waiting enjoying the ambience.
We had a salmon croissant (topped with radish and celery) which was phenomenal, as well as shakshuka, which was the perfect portion size and delicious. Coffee was also excellent, though we need to go back to try the Turkish coffee as well! Lots of cute little home goods for sale as well (candles, etc).
Hidden gems like this place make Denver great.

Absolutely charming! I met a friend here in the afternoon and we enjoyed savory and sweet treats. The salmon croissants, golden/honey croissants and mini pastries were not only delicious but beautifully presented. A family run shop, it exudes, charm, personality, and coziness. Hope to be back soon to try more menu items. I highly recommend Park Hill Hub. 😀
More of an experience than a coffee shop. The selection and artistry of the croissants was amazing! An old world charm with the plates and tablecloths as well.

Gosh I wanted to like this place so bad. The vibe was REALLY cute. I asked for an iced latte- the milk was still steamed and poured over ice (i’m assuming)? The milk ended up being luke warm, had foam, and the coffee was extremely watered down. The espresso was also burnt. Also paid $8 for an egg sandwich that looked really tiny
