The donuts are like any average donuts you can find in a supermarket. I don't get why it is rated this high but I guess it's all based on preferences. The french toast and coconut filled were both ok. I liked the honey glazed the most cuz its less sugary, but it's still not something that I see myself ordering again in the next 6 months. What I liked the most was the prices. I felt they were very affordable considering how large each one was.

Parlor doughnuts are hands down the best doughnuts I’ve ever had with amazing flavors like French toast, chocolate chocolate, and strawberry shortcake.

Parlor Doughnuts seems to be involved in a questionable arrangement with the parking lot. Despite validating my parking, I received a ticket. When I brought it up with the manager, he assured me it would be taken care of. However, a few months later, I was contacted by a collections agency regarding the ticket. It's disappointing and feels like a scam. While their doughnuts are good, the hassle is definitely not worth it! Avoid this place at all costs.

I’d been curious about them for a year and so glad I stopped by! Donuts were priced well, especially being so large and well-decorated. Buttery, moist, and so delicious. Still had plenty of stock midday. Parking was confusing at first but definitely just go straight into the restaurant, they have a lot of helpful signs and a clear QR code to scan to redeem free parking.

Also came in 30 minutes before closing, like a previous review. Service was friendly. Was near closing time so not much selection. Bought a churro, maple and a chocolate donut. Donuts are big, cut in half is plenty. Churro donut was good.
Would come back to try another flavor.

So typically, parlor donuts are amazing, but i'm going to give them a one-star for service. I placed an online order around nine thirty in the morning to pick up at five thirty after work, and one of the workers called me literally at 4:40 ish to tell me they just now saw my online order from 9am (7hr later) and are unable to fill it. I have a child in our family who has an egg allergy so I was really looking forward to getting his gluten-free and vegan donuts, which they offered to give me for free and I see why because when I looked in the box, you could tell it almost looked like they dropped those donuts or got them from the side, the icing was pretty much melted in the box and not on the donuts. It just was very disappointing and somewhat embarrassing to hand a child donuts that looked as horrible as those did, not to mention that I couldn't get any of my specialty donuts that I originally wanted. I ended up not even taking them or eating them for that matter.They went in the trash, and I totally forgot to take pictures. Parlor, I know y'all can do better with your online ordering. I worked down at the judicial center, and people ordered your donuts all the time. And this was almost a thirty dollar order, so you can imagine my frustration.

This place was insane! The young woman who wears the beautiful headscarves is so awesome (Give sis a raise!!!!) She is so nice, sweet, and funny, and made me feel so welcomed! The service here for me is always top notch. The employees are always super friendly and patient, the atmosphere is cute and chill, and the CRONUTS ARE FREAKING DELICIOUS! I ordered the strawberry, caramel, maple bacon, and omg they are all so wonderful. I have also tried the blueberry in the past, which is delicious too. I really enjoyed this place and feel that everyone should try it! I also feel the prices are fair for the donuts especially considering their size and the stuff that comes on them! 10/10 recommend :)))
