My regular work lunch spot. Consistently amazing and fresh food. Wholesome ingredients and they use freshly baked bread on their sandwiches. Eco-conscious business with the best sandwiches.

Fresh, healthy, delicious: Local sandwich and homemade soup spot with warm, inviting character and atmosphere.Probably the best tuna fish sandwich ever: well constructed, light, crisp filling mix with a spicy hit tucked into freshly baked ciabatta.Freshly made veg-fruit juices; I also tried an avocado-chocolate smoothie...oh so good and satisfying.Great homemade soup, they have a few daily selections and cases with frozen scratch-made cartons of even more soups to take home.I used to freeze my homemade soup when I cooked alot. It's so delicious reheated and healthier than store bought. None of those additives, too much sodium etc.The guacamole was fresh, homemade, citrus finish.Great food isn't hard if you make it with fresh healthy ingredients and know how to put together the right combinations.Bravo! Great service too with a ?. A new healthier and delicious take on sandwiches. Y u m ! See pics.

This is a great place for homemade healthy food including soups, salads, sandwiches and smoothies. But healthy does not mean boring. The ingredients are clearly listed so you can choose based on your personal tastes. A small soup and half sandwich was very filling.

If you are looking for a quick bite, or for something healthy for grab-and-go, then this is the place! Our smoothies were great, and my turkey red pepper sandwich was very tasty. Everything was made very fast, too!

Vegetarian options: I saw plenty of vegetarian options on their menu

Creativity, quality, quantity, efficient!! We ordered 5 different sandwiches, and they were all phenomenal! Full of flavor and fresh ingredients! The store front was adorable and clean. A nice, cozy spot. We didn’t grab any, but they offer frozen soup that you can purchase for the week.

Parsley is a hip, hybrid, healthy beverage and sandwich shop. They offer 16+ sandwich choices; six vegetarian. 16 smoothies ($8.95 for 16 oz; just $10.95 for 24 oz) plus 7 vegetable juices. Unfortunately, our lunch order for 3 Turkey & Fig sandwiches was disappointing – modest-to-small size for $12.00. Tip: ask about portion size if you are hungry - but worth the try.

In town & wanted a simple yet delicious healthy lunch. This place has so many options for vegetarians/vegans which I normal eat. But I ended up getting a turkey sandwich aka The Cherokee. It was fresh & filling. They ran out of ciabatta bread & had whole grain which was really good.

The tomato turkey sandwich is literally the most delicious sandwich I've ever eaten. Food is great, place has a great vibe, and the staff was fabulous. Absolutely recommend!

My boss wanted to try a new place so I headed over with his spicy turkey sandwich without red onion written down so I wouldn’t forget. The line was out the door but went relatively fast. Menus are on the wall as well as the ingredients in their soups. They have bags of chips to go with your meal and also soups to go. The soups are made fresh daily and they have their ingredients listed so you can see what’s in them. I decided to try the lox and cream cheese sandwich for something new. No red onion of course since I had to get back to work. The cucumbers and roma tomatoes added a refreshing and crispy texture in contrast to the creaminess of the cream cheese. It wasn’t my favorite sandwich because it was a little rich for me but it was pretty good. Maybe the next time I’ll try the lox and avocado sandwich instead. I love that they are environmentally conscious with recyclable packaging and an option to only take what utensils and condiments you need. Bottled water is provided for free if you need some. It’s a good place for lunch. They have patio seating now too. Parking is tricky as it’s street parking. And they’re not ultra friendly but they are efficient in making sandwiches.

I got the mediterranean tuna salad and my boyfriend got the turkey roasted red pepper, and both were delicious. Also the carrot ginger apple juice was very tasty. Would definitely come back to try some other things!

Parsley has been my favorite salad, sandwich and smoothies for years now. It’s so consistent, fresh and delicious. Everyone is friendly and the service is great! Some of my faves are the Mediterranean tuna salad/sandwich, red lentil soup, and the chai banana kale smoothie. Won’t disappoint. Happy eating!

First time here and I loved it. Central location with a great menu. I had the Red Pepper Turkey sandwich and thought it was really good. I also got a juice that was good. Would definitely come back again.
