A new experience for us in Denver. Pasque, located inside the Populus hotel, was a great find. Everything from the atmosphere, food and service was excellent. Mark Anthony was our server and besides having incredible table manners, he told us all about the architecture of the hotel itself. It's the only carbon positive hotel in the country. We will definitely be back since we didn't have time to try the desserts!

My husband, sister, brother-in-law all had brunch here this past Saturday and we were very disappointed. Initially it was a great atmosphere with tasty food...until my husband found a huge dead cricket in his food. Our server replaced his meal (I am well aware this is not the server's fault) but the staff as a whole seemed unconcerned about this error - despite it not just being gross but a health violation. I figured they would comp our meal or at least some portion of the meal because of the disgusting discovery but they didn't. In fact, they walked up with the payment device's default setting at a 30% tip. I was shocked at their audacity and lack of care for customer experience. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL! Our server Brandon was amazing, every single dish was incredible. The beignets were life changing - we had to order another round! The milk punch no. 2 cocktail was insane. Even the green goddess salad felt indulgent! No detail was overlooked. This is a 10/10 restaurant - gorgeous, peaceful atmosphere, complex flavors in every dish that both delight and surprise. I would say this is one of the best restaurants in Denver. It’s not often you get great service, great atmosphere and perfect appetizer, salad, entree and dessert!

Service and atmosphere was great. Limited lunch menu. I had the $23 burger and was disappointed! The sauce on top was SO salty and barely edible. Burger came with small side of lettuce with no toppings (just dressing) and was also salty.

The Populus is a really excellent space, and Pasque takes full advantage of the ambiance. The space is warm and comfortable, and our table felt secluded.
The food is delicious and interesting. We ordered about half of the menu, and every dish was a winner.
Most notably, the service was really next level. The host was kind and accommodating of the fact that we had to abruptly change the size of our party on the reservation. Our server, Brandon, was an absolute delight. He set such an excellent tone for our experience and helped make our evening a memorable one full of smiles and laughter.
A group of 8 of us went for a celebration dinner, and it was delicious! The service was great, and the food was phenomenal. I’m still dreaming about the panna cotta. They are very allergen friendly.

Brandon and Bentley were phenomenal! This was our first time in and we were celebrating a very special occasion and they completely went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for us. Their take on an old fashioned with their incorporation of cognac was so well-balanced and delicious. We loved all three courses and highly recommend going here! Thank you both, and team, so much!!!
