Tucked in at the ground level of the new Populus Hotel designed by architect Jeanne Gang, Pasque is a delight to all of the senses. Well-crafted cocktails and exceptionally intriguing appetizers which are only surpassed by their beautiful presentation. Highly recommend the tuna crudo and lamb tar tar. Brunch items are far above par as well. Can’t wait to try the entrees. With exceptional service and a delightful staff in a beautifully designed atmosphere, we plan to return often....
Came here for brunch (I believe it’s available Friday-Sunday) and absolutely loved the experience! We made a reservation just in case but there were tables open so you may not have needed it. We were greeted with friendly staff and seated immediately. Loved the vibe and learning about the Populus hotel from the bartender!
