The food is really good when you can get it and they make it right.Last Sunday i decided to place a delivery order after a long day of traveling. They call me back after 15 minutes saying theyre out of pepperoni, which is fine. Then they call me back another 20 minutes later and tell me that im outside their delivery zone, even tho theyve delivered 5+ pizzas to me over the last year. So they offer to give me a refund or to come pick i up. Im hungry so decide to do carry out. I picked up the food and the pizza was entirely wrong when I got home and was almost unedible. (They seemed like a mess when I was picking it up from the store.)Anyways they said I'd have to speak with a manager about a refund. It took me calling on 3 different days to get a hold of one even tho they kept taking down my information. They said the best they'd do is offer me 20% off for the next time when I order one of their 40 dollar pizzas.Good luck trying to get through to them on the phone on a Sunday by the way. Last month I was disconnected when putting in my order, so I called back right away, no one answered. I had to call 6 times to get someone to pick up and finish taking my order. (We were at the part were they were asking for my card) I'm serious when I say that it's consistently the worst customer service experience ever. And they act like they're swamped but I go in and there's literally 4 people eating at the whole restaurant.It's a shame cuz I love their food but it's not worth the price or hassle to eat there anymore.

My son and I ate dinner here this evening, and we likely will not return. There was one person waiting tables, and she was overwhelmed. From the time we sat down until the time our food arrived was 55 minutes. It took her 15 minutes to take our drink order - lemonade and sparkling water - and then another five to bring it. I took one sip of what I thought was the sparkling water and realized it was Sprite. I was going to take it to her to ask for the correct drink, but she was waiting on a large table. Then I waited for her to enter that table's order in the computer. When she was done with all that, I told her it was Sprite, and she quickly poured it out and said, "I thought that's what you ordered." I told her sparkling water again. "Do you want a lime?" she asked. "No," I said. After another five minutes she brought me sparkling water with a lime. My son really liked his deep dish pizza. I liked the taste of my gluten-free pizza, but it's essentially like eating a cracker, and I was still hungry after our $71 meal.

This place has gone downhill, snobby staff with bad attitudes, illiterate and can't take orders over the phone. DO NOT order pickup here you will not get your order. I feel bad for the owner because I had to get a refund on a pricy pizza . Probably need to bring in a customer service trainer

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. Been to this location multiple times over the years whenever we get the chance to come to Denver, and always order a deep dish pizza. They messed up the crust of our deep dish and accused us of ordering a pan pizza instead of deep dish. Elizabeth (Manager) came and refused to correct their mistake by because we bite into it. Yea, how to tell a pizza crust is wrong without eating? She straight up accused us of dine and dash right after we complained. Over a 37 bucks pizza??! What a joke. Zero customer experience, extremely mad and sad a place we all loved is turning into this.

Don't order pick up from here. They will be closed without warning and keep your money. Took several days for a refund and they kept the tip. Not worth it! Never got any pizza.

I called Paxti's the day before to let them know I needed to pick up a pizza for my daughter's 11 year old birthday and I was on a tight schedule. Paxti's promised to have the pizza ready between 11:30 and 11:45. I drive from Superior (about 40 minutes away) to pick it up, and when I get there they tell me they forgot to make it and that I would need to wait at least 30 minutes for them to get it ready. I'm sorry, but no. You mess up that badly and you comp the order. Paxti's refused to do that (they offered 25% off to be fair but that is scant compensation when I have more than an hour round trip drive time and they are expected me to wait 30-45 minutes during the workday I won't be going back there again. And now I expect to have a sad birthday daughter.

Love their gluten free pizza! Also their cannoli! A patio that is comfortable and dog friendly! We had 8 of us in the party an no problem for large seating!

I’m wondering what’s happening with management here! I’ve been coming to the 17th ave location for awhile and have always found things good until today. The staff were running around and the manager was sitting at the bar drinking and chatting. My meal took forever due to shortages in the kitchen! Sad to see the changes.
Ordering a pizza for delivery over the phone was easy and the person on the line was very nice. Pizza arrived within a reasonable time frame and the delivery guy was very nice. The build-your-own pizza was great. I'm knocking a couple stars off, though, because the pizza was cold. I wasn't quite drunk enough to enjoy a cold pizza. lol

Definitely worth checking out! The food was truly awesome. We stopped here after going to the Epic Escape Room just around the corner. It was within walking distance, the food was great and the server was very attentive, but not overly so. We can't wait to come back!

I love the deep dish pizza. I've never tried Chicago style pizza and this was the first time I did and I enjoyed it! I loved the fillings that were put in: we got the pepperoni and sausage one!
