We don't normally leave bad reviews but today was pretty bad. My wife and I decided to go here on new years eve around 9pm... we don't normal go out to places like this so it was a bit of a treat for us. Immediately after we were seated, we were informed that they were out of all desserts and about 4 items in the 12 item menu. This was 9pm on new years eve, closing at 1pm.... you'd think that a place known for rooftop desserts would plan ahead and make enough for the holiday. Unfortunate news aside, we decided to order some Swedish meatballs and a lobster mac and cheese only to be told after that they were out of lobster for the mac. Attempting to salvage the night we ordered the plain Mac. After about 10 mins they brought out the meatballs and 58 mins! later, they brought out the Mac and cheese. The waiter did in fact comp the Mac and cheese for us after we asked them why they took so long to bring my wife her order, but we decided to cut our losses and leave after paying only to find out that the Hyatt Valet guys crashed our car while pulling out of the valet parking!!! Throughout all of this, we stayed polite and kind.... The Hyatt, peak Lounge and the valet service really made what was supposed to be a nice pleasant new years evening into one of the worst nights we've ever had. We will likely not return since we felt so disrespected on all levels.

Fun drinks, great service
A hidden treasure in Denver. The winter pop-up was so cozy, chique, and perfect for girls night or family dinner. 10/10 recommend

The winter lodge was fantastic. We saw the drone show, ate some winter theme food and really enjoyed the drinks. Would highly recommend the space for this time of year or before or after a dinner downtown.

Great, but expensive espresso martinis. Nice view, mediocre service. No vegan options and no modifications available to make anything vegan. Would have spent much more time here if so, but just grabbed a drink, watched the sunset and dipped to find a better spot.

Would come for the view, but that’s about it. The servers seemed like they had much better things to do than serve us 🤷♂️

So we arrived to see the drone show. The waitress told us where to stand and we stood there. T he en a different person Eric told us to stand in a different location and we did. Then the lady came and said they were calling security on us. It was so bizarre… we were standing exactly where they told us to stand and we were ordering food and drinks too. Clearly the lady and Eric were not communicating. When security arrived we graciously left with them. But the miscommunication made the experience for my nephews new to Denver a terrible one. I will never come back or stay at the Hyatt ever again.

this place is so disappointing. Cool views but the positives stop there.
The cocktails are overpriced as any hotel bar but that’s to be expected - but receiving a dirty glass with the residue of a previous beverage is rough. Seemed quite understaffed as well, our server was very nice but it did take forever to get our drinks and eventually food.
The food was easily the biggest bummer. It was on par with conference cafeteria food.
We ordered the brat platter, expecting a couple sausages with a few accouterments but received the equivalent of half of one sausage with some mustard that had crusted over and a small pile of sauerkraut. For $22 I would rather get an overpriced brat at the Rockies stadium.
Will definitely not be recommending to any friends. There are way better places to eat and drink in Denver

Very judgemental employees. I'm a recovering addict and look the part. I was completely judged by my appearance and was even told I can't sit in the lobby waiting on the other members of my group because he said it was for guests only. Very poor experience. We requested a refund, which, 4 years later we have yet to receive and switched to the Hilton. Piss poor company!!
Expensive drinks and Expensive food and servers are a rude and really seem like they dont want to be there. We went there on a couple occasions and the experience was the same. The view is great tho. Food is just meh

Absolutely unbelievable! The seating is so cozy and the views are exceptional… This was a perfect stop for the first night of our vacation!
Also didn't get food just drinks. I think this place is a must visit in Denver just for the views and beverages and vibe.
