My family and I have dined here regularly for years and the service, food quality, value and cleanliness of the establishment never cease to amaze us. Keep up the great work.

Shelly is the best!! I haven't been here in awhile, came in today and was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The lunch rush was busy (as expected) and my order took a little longer than usual. Shelly apologized for the extra time and offered complimentary beverages while waiting. The food may take awhile but the customer service is always spot on.

We ordered from this Pei Wei via Uber Eats, and they put a gluten free label on sweet and sour chicken that was not gluten free. My fiancé has Celiac and is extremely sick right now because of this Pei Wei’s disregard and lack of care for customers with food allergies.

Good value Asian food. My favorite place to get Kung Pao Chicken. They still make it spicy while so many are making it sweet.

Went in once and had the slightest of disappointing experiences, the manager noticed my disappointment however and would not let me leave without making it better I told him it's okay because I still ate the food it wasn't a big deal. (But he made me promise to come back and he promised it would be better)The next time I was in there was 3 or 4 months later and the manager still remembered me as soon as I walked through the door. The food and everything was perfect from then on and he also comped my meal for that day. Best customer care I've almost ever experienced THANK YOU

Hello everyone, The food is good I just really hate customer service. Not one but two occasions I had dilemma with my order not being delivered. Spoke to Manager my food was cancel by the carrier. I wasn't notify by the restaurant or carrier. I was at home with my family waiting for my food(Never arrived). I'm a rewards member and I always receive coupons. I order online to pick up in store but my coupon was not applying to my order. I thought to myslef, they would fixed the error. I arrived at the location. I told them my dilemma the individual I spoke to told me they couldn't do anything about it. Yes, I screenshot my coupon in order to have proof. They did absolutely nothing about it. If you are and individual that cares about customer service as much I do. I don't reccomend you going to this location.

Tasty food. Good service. Only complaint would be that the whole restaurant smells of what is being cooked.

AMAZING FLAVOR? Great food, always below my budget. I head them playing Melanie Martinez over the speak that they play music on and it was the best Pei Wei experience ever?

I wish we had a PeiWei in Littleton Maybe even near Modefi. We love good food there too.

All the food just tasted odd and old. Had a bento box. The mango California roll sushi tasted very odd and a little too "fishy" for any type of sushi. Most food went in the garbage unfortunately. Have to take a flight tomorrow morning wish me luck.

Food was cold. General tso chicken was weak. Fried rice was hard and old. A piece of chicken was found in a tofu dish. Sushi tasted like from a gas station. First time trying this place and will never be back. Dollar scoop places are a billion times better.

Been twice, both times were very good. Certainly worth a try.

I just ordered from uber eats, and i paid for SUSHI!! And you send me springs rolls with a note saying that you were out of sushi i even paid for extra sauce and i didn’t receive ANY!!

It was ok quick food. A little watery pasta dish for my liking

Met my brother at Pei Wei for lunch today. They have a great selection of food at a very reasonable price. Great location in Lowery near other shopping.
