THE best American Chinese place in Denver. This is the closest I've found to north east American Chinese food here. I absolutely love the Chicken and Broccoli here and will get it every time.

Tonight was above and beyond.
Food has always been outstanding, unreal, every time in the last 5-10 orders. I hope this spot trademarks their rice recipe. Then tonight I finally tried the noodles… whoa! Dang.
But tonight I’m also embarrassed as we messed up. I missed their calls and texts to confirm specifics. No excuses. We had just got my father-in-law’s remains, he just passed. I just feel so bad as I realized our lack of response and called back after hours. They politely mentioned trying to contact us, confirmed our meat choice (lol), and still delivered our dinner despite how late it is.
We’re absurdly grateful for this spot. The food has always been too notch. Tonight we got to see the their true client experience in action too.

i got the shrimp broccoli lunch deal, and it was soooo good. the shrimp was juicy and delightfully big, the broccoli was good as always, the fried rice was authentic. the sauce was very strong and some may find it overwhelming, but i found it good :)
quiet, cozy atmosphere. the staff were friendly too! 5 stars no complaints

Wow! My first visit and the service and food were both amazing. Their hot and sour soup is some of the best I've ever had and their green curry was full of vegetables and i chose chicken.. absolutely delicious, and they were generous with portions! Visit Pepper Asian Bistro, and you will not be disappointed!

I've been to their other location, which was great, and that led me to try this one, and it's just as good (actually, a tad smaller and quieter, although less parking). I'm a Thai foodie and I feel they do an amazing job here — very, very well prepared Thai dishes. The peanut curry is a standout. I'm actually from San Francisco and wish they had another location here.

We order food or dine in about once a month and placed a takeaway order on Christmas Eve - it was as busy as expected but they were cranking out orders, working their tails off, and the food (kung pao chicken, general tso's chicken, and lo mein) was delicious. The staff is the best and I appreciate how well they handled the rush!
