I ordered the vegetable and tofu pho with vegetable broth. The portion was generous with plenty of rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, and celery. However, the dish came covered in chili oil that I didn't request, which made it hard to taste the actual broth. The tofu was disappointing—some pieces had a bitter taste (possibly from old oil) and the texture was rubbery from being overcooked. On the positive side, the service was prompt and the atmosphere was pleasant. With some adjustments to the cooking and confirming modifications before adding them, this could be a much better experience.

Pho 95 is hands-down my favorite pho spot in Denver. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care, but the real standouts are the combination bún and the pho — both were absolutely outstanding. The bún was perfectly balanced with great textures and bold flavor, and the pho broth was rich, comforting, and easily the best I’ve ever tasted in Denver. Portions were generous, service was friendly, and the food came out hot and fast. If you’re craving authentic, delicious Vietnamese food, Pho 95 is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!

Don't go here! Fricking rude waiter discriminating my Asian wife. Rude tone, dead face, inattentive, impatiently tapping table when he was taking order. Guess what, he turned on the obsequious mode when the customers were white or latino. Ridiculous.
