Convenient place, close to the civic park, excellent food and service. Its Pho with rare steak, tendon and well-done brisket tastes very good - the meat was all cooked just right, in a flavorful broth. Would recommend to anyone who loves Vietnamese pho!

Wow this place is a gem!! We drove by and decided pho sounded good. Will was so kind to us as soon as we walked in— he had such a warm vibe! The Vietnamese coffee is strong robust and sweet. But this pho…. Omg it is incredible. The best we’ve had in Denver and I’ve tried many spots. We will be back!

We are passing through from nyc, so we are hard critics of restaurants, but this place definitely met our standards! The host/waiter was SO friendly and listened to our customizations. Rice and meats were good, and the pho was excellent. One thing is that they dont serve banh mi, or maybe i didnt see it on the menu. However the pho was excellent, so it made up for that. Yes for recommendation.

This place is never open when you want it to be. I just walked 20 minutes to eat here. It is 7:28 PM, the Google hours say they close at eight and their front door says they close at eight. Their doors are locked- very disappointing. I don’t even know how they stay in business. I’ve lived in the area 5 1/2 years and I’ve never been able to dine here successfully. Will not waste my time trying again.

I am from out of state, and this is my first impression of this restaurant. I saw it had over 1k reviews with an avg 4.5 stars, so I figured it must be a great spot. I did not have a good experience.
**There were less than 8 (my table of 4 included) people in a restaurant that looks to be able to serve 30-40 people. Everyone put in their order for pho, and it took 15-20 minutes for our food to get to us. I've been to other busier restaurants and received their food faster.
**The waiter was super friendly and attentative to refill our drinks. So that was a plus.
**I got #23 LG Pho.
It was the saltiest pho broth I've ever eaten. I had to poor half a cup of my water into the broth and added a lot of hoisin sauce to balance out the saltiness. The pho didn't have a lot of beef essence, which was really disappointing. The portions were fair.

I do not know if the business has changed over the years or if it was just a really bad day for their broth.

Looks like a quiet restaurant, but the flavors are delicious, savory, and broth is absolutely flavorful! We came here back in January and made sure to come back this last Tuesday. We are from southern New Mexico so this was definitely a treat!

Great Vietnamese food with fresh flavors and generous portions. I especially liked the combination noodle bowl. Definitely a spot worth revisiting.

The fact that they have avocado 🥑 smoothie here is already a win . It has a direct view of the Colorado Capitol building; parking is a disadvantage here.
The place is tidy and clean; staff is polite and accommodating; the menu book was straight forward; our rice plates were served after 9 minutes from ordering. The grilled beef rice is very good.
Liquid condiments were refilled; salt and pepper shakers were dirty.
