This isn't just the best pho I've had in Denver. It's the best I've ever had in my entire life! Somehow they have the PERFECT mix of sweet, sour, savory, salty, spicy, and super umami. They don't skimp on the meat or the toppings. If it was 8x the price, it would still be a bargain, so I'm in shock at how affordable it was.

This pho joint is across from the Capitol Building. I thought I would see more customers inside, but there was no one when I entered. That did not give me a good feeling, but later more parties showed up. I also saw people coming in and out for take-out.

We were served by a middle-aged man. He handled all the bussing and was very courteous. He didn't talk much but did ask us how we were doing about halfway. The menu is pretty standard of a pho/Viet restaurant....

I've been eating at the Pho-natic for 13 years now. The food is authentic, and the service is always spot on. Best Pho in Denver. People come from miles around just to eat here.
