Please take the time to find this hidden gem! Whether you're all about Phơ, or love Vietnamese eggrolls and grilled foods, Phơ89 has you covered. Reasonable prices, especially by today's standards, and a clean, bright, pleasant dining room. Parking can be a bit iffy, but there IS parking.

Very quiet for dinner-in, they seem to do a lot more take-out service. I had the usual, Bun (rice stick noodles) with charcoal grilled pork and egg rolls, and it was very good. I'll be back.

The front of the building may not be stellar, but nice warm and friendly inside. Our server was awesome and our crew - including 8 teen boys - all found items on the menu that they loved. Portions were generous and flavorful. The Pho soup and rice/vermicelli dishes were particularly good. Vegetarian was very happy with meal, dietary restrictions were met for whole crew.
