I managed a pho restaurant for 8 years and this is so far the closest I’ve gotten to Mai’s cooking in Denver. The broth is exceptional, and the time I got delivery was packed really well. I literally love this place

A wonderfully tranquil atmosphere: it was quiet & soothing while still being cheerful. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and all the food & boba smoothies were delicious!

Says they close at 10 but if you drive all the way over there and walk in after 9 they decided if they want to serve you or not. Would be nice to know before driving all the way down when it says you close at 10.

First time in this restaurant, foods are not good, crispy noodle seafood without shrimp and fresh seafood, just balls.
Salty taste, cơm bò lúc lắc ,tough and chewy.

I don’t usually go out of my way to leave a bad review but tonight was just terrible. I’ve been coming to this place for a couple of months & enjoyed the food very much, not the best but for the price it’s enjoyable. The only thing I didn’t like was the service. The owner & his wife & very rude, they don’t have any manners at all! I went in tonight to dine in by myself, wasn’t given any water or menu waited for about 5 min while the owner & his wife were just standing around doing absolutely nothing. I ended up walking out because I did nothing to be disrespected & ignored like that. I would go to place once a week but now I’m never going this place will never get my business ever again! I HIGHLY recommend nobody eat here. 0/10 👎🏾
This used to be my go-to spot for pho especially considering there are not many places around open past 9pm. Their pho was never the best but their prices were lower than nearby competition and their hours are more convenient. This place is your typical old school pho joint and personally I love the spicy chilli crisp oil they provide.
But recently they've updated their menu and with that came additional price increases, which they had already increased steadily over the last couple of years. I was disappointed to learn that my go-to bowl with rare steak, tendon, tripe, and meatball was no longer officially on the menu without paying for additional add-ons.
During my last visit it took ages before one of the older gentleman took my order except he took my order incorrectly. The other older gentleman (the owner) corrected it and took back the bowl and brought out the correct one after another few minutes. Unfortunately I could tell that my new bowl was just reused from the previous one, which I don't have an issue with but it also made my pho noodles overcooked and too soft for my liking.
I get that they had to change prices with the times but now that their prices are aligned with nearby Viet's or Pho Hong, I'll just go to the other places instead since the prices are similar and their pho broth is much tastier.

The place was nice but my pho had a different taste which I thought was normal since I haven’t tried another pho restaurant, the day after I had the worst diarrhea I’ve ever had. I took medicine and felt somewhat better but had stomach aches and puking everything for a week, one day I had the most excruciating pain and went to the emergency room. I tested positive for Campylobacteria which you get from cross contamination which means this restaurant is dirty please do not go here for your own sake

This is supposed to be a Vietnamese bowl with tofu and veg. It’s covered in the sauce from the beef and broccoli and it taste fishy. Not edible.

Used to love this spot but recently the male staff has been absurdly rude. Love the two young ladies here who remember our order but the older man who may be the owner seems to be getting our order wrong on purpose as he included the two specific ingredients I asked to be left out last night. Sad to say but we will not be returning after 2 years of only frequenting pho 96.

I have eaten here before & had a good experience This review is in no way to bash the Resturant. I tend to stick with dishes I know I already like.
All of the food tasted great going down especially the fried wanton.
Only problem is I got food poisoning symptoms the morning after, headache, very upset stomach, nausea.
I had this happen once before and I do not know if it’s the way they cook their pork (tasted good & smelled fine to me) or if it’s those dang spring rolls which I enjoy very much with the peanut butter sauce.
I do enjoy the Resturant & decent service I have gotten however; there clearly need to be better hygienic / cooking practices.
I have reviewed their most recent health inspections on Denver Resturant inspections website I encourage you to do the same and make an informed choice after reviewing.
Would eat again pending a better track record via health inspector & not getting sick after.
