Saw one of the cooks rush into the bathroom, have diarrhea, then do a quick water rinse and go back into the kitchen lmao. Absolutely disgusting, will never eat there
I’ve been to Pho 999 many times in the past and usually enjoyed it, but this last visit left me very disappointed.
The limes that came with my pho were already turning brown.
When I asked for fresh ones, the staff brought me another plate of limes that were also discolored.
Instead of simply fixing the issue, they argued with me—first saying the limes turned brown because they were refrigerated, then later claiming it’s “not lime season.”
I keep limes at home in the refrigerator, and they don’t turn brown like that unless they’re old. Excuses like that are unacceptable, especially from a restaurant.
As a customer, I don’t expect to be argued with—I expect fresh ingredients and good service.
This experience made me lose confidence in how they handle food, and I’m honestly concerned about their food safety practices.
I won’t be coming back, and I feel compelled to make a formal complaint to the health department.

Freaking gross.
Rolls were amazing and the peanut sauce was tasty too!!! Noodles were good and chicken too, but chicken and veggies were soaked in greecy sauce, I wasn't able to eat as I wanted to, cut my appetite. Would reorder the shrimp and pork rolls again and again!

This is my second time going here and the food is absolutely amazing! This time I decided to treat myself to some crab rangoon and chicken wings. When I tell yall these were the BEST chicken wings I’ve ever had. You know how Keith Lee always praises chicken falling off the bone?? These were the bones after I got done eating. Not even fully through my first bite the meat was just falling off! I highly recommend yall coming to check them out!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews for local businesses, but this experience was disappointing. My friend and I arrived around 8:30, knowing they close at 9:00. We even asked to make sure it was okay, and while we tried to be mindful of the time, it was clear the staff didn’t really want to serve us.
If you don’t plan to stay open until 9:00, that’s completely fine—just update your hours online so customers don’t walk in expecting service. Otherwise, it creates a poor experience.
Unfortunately, the food we received felt rushed and wasn’t prepared well. We didn’t finish it, though I still paid and left a 20% tip. Overall, it wasn’t a great visit. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously, because I’d love to support local spots—but customers need honesty about hours and consistency in food quality.

I had egg rolls and a rice noodle bowl with pork. I was quite satisfied and will probably visit this restaurant again.

Soup and noodles were well prepared. Beef slices were too thick and dry. My meatballs were only 2 slices and bland. The mango smoothie was so sweet it would send a diabetic too shock.

We stumbled upon this place on the map by accident — and it turned out to be incredibly delicious! Just unbelievably good. We even grabbed an extra portion of the spring rolls to go. The shrimp pho was super tasty, and the staff was so kind and friendly. Everything was served really fast!

Sweet n sour chicken was stringing, and overcooked. Pho was good quality, but make sure if you do take out or delivery that you have a bowl to utilize, and the broth container was filled to the brim and none of the ingredients would fit inside.
