Tried the Pho rolls and Banh Mi. Both were tasty. Service and venue were relatively average. Will try again and consider upgrade after trying the Pho.

The food is amazing. But for the manager can't figure out how to run a restaurant: when your beer taps stop working for an extended period, you need to walk one whole block down to the store and buy some cases of beer so that you can still serve your customers adequately. Especially when "bar" is in the name of your establishment. Its not that hard. Just do your job.

I went with a friend and we got the banh mi. Mine was tofu and my friend's was beef. The only option for sides is their house fries and there are no substitutions allowed, which was disappointing for me because I don't like fries and I think they pair really poorly with this kind of sandwich. The server was really nice but told me it was all she could do, so I had to pay for half a plate of something I wasn't going to eat. (My friend ate his and said the seasoning was fine but the texture of the fries was too starchy.) The banh mi were also pretty bad. The tofu on mine had no seasoning whatsoever which made it super bland. I don't even think it was salted. The texture was okay but I could've done it better at home which is disappointing when going out to eat is something of a luxury for people these days. The tofu was also all piled at the top of the sandwich and the veggies and sauce were all dumped at the bottom, so there wasn't even a chance for the tofu to catch any of that flavor. I would've had to reconstruct the whole sandwich myself I was served which is a silly. All of the sauce and veggies being at the bottom also made it so that the bread was soggy and gross almost immediately. It was the same deal with my friend's sandwich, but he was more willing to deal with it because he was hungry and said the beef was okay. Meanwhile, I wasn't even able to eat the second half of my sandwich because the bread was so soggy and gross it was deteriorating in my hands. $15 for a meal I was able to eat maybe 1/3 because it was gross and I had no option but fries is crazy. I went home hungry and made myself a pb&j.

Sure looks fun! But only great if you don’t need to eat Gluten Free - 🍜the broth isn’t gluten free, unless you go with the vegan broth - which left me wanting. Still an awesome pho in Denver!

Solid Pho place in Denver. Definitely more of a modern bar feel compared to a traditional pho restaurant. They have unique flavors and is a good place to meet friends.

Come here if you want to pay more for smaller portions of food that isn't anything special.
Came with a friend and they gave us one small plate of veggies to share between two bowls of pho. The brisket was so bland and unseasoned. The chopsticks were weirdly tiny. The atmosphere is tiny and crowded, the servers weren't friendly, and I paid almost $10 more than I would for a brisket and steak bowl elsewhere, and there was hardly any steak. Broth was nothing special. Worst pho I've had in Denver.

All I wanted was a traditional pho, and all I got for $20 was noodles mushed to 1/4" bits by half a bowl of broccoli, zucchini, and bell peppers (WTAF), which I was definitely not on board with when I had traditional pho in mind. Nice decor, though. Staff was super nice as well, shame about the food.

I don't know what happened to this place but it has gone downhill. I have been coming here for over 3 years. The last time I came in the noodles were bad and slimy. After eating I had a very upset stomach. I pointed out to the server that it was bad but nothing was done. This time I wanted to give them another chance. I had the crab and cream cheese wontons and they were barely filled with anything. I also ordered the shrimp traditional Pho which is usually amazing. This time there were hardly any noodles and half the shrimp were not cleaned out. Huge digestive veins in them. Disgusting. I did not want to even eat anymore since all that was soaking in my broth. The server couldn't care less. She gave me like 2$ discount. For a meal that I didn't eat because I was so disgusted. I will never be back and will be sure not to recommend them to anyone.

I was surprised at how little tofu or vegetables came with the pho. You had to order the vegetables separately. I ordered more tofu. The service was terrible. We waited a long time to order. I wouldn't go again.

I am absolutely obsessed with the food of pho and bar. The pho is delicious and I highly recommend you try it if you are on the area. However, be prepared there are times I come here to eat and the service is extra slow and others when I am being rushed out. It's a 50/50 shot but regardless the food is a 10/10 and totally worth going.

Good pho but service was not great! Server was rude when I asked a question about the menu! Sorry I’ve never been to pho before but he embarrassed me and made me feel weird. He also didn’t seem sure if something was GF or not and my friend is celiac. Wontons were just okay but the pho was good! It also took forever to get our check but there was a long line of people waiting to sit! 2 stars!

They had amazing reviews. The staff was exceptional and the venue was on point. But unfortunately, even though the pho was really tasty, I ended up having an msg migraine that bothered me for an entire day or 2. I wish people didn't feel inclined to enhance their flavors for fear their seasoning may need it. Anyhow, most people who are not allergic probably won't have an issue. For me, I will be moving on.
