Ordered to go, they said one hour, came in one hour and i still had to wait like 20 minutes. Sadly i watched a cockroach crawl across the floor so it honestly makes me weary of eating there again, even though the food is really good. You never know how many roaches are crawling around in the back near the food.

If you aren't sitting on the pipe when you go in here, you're not living. The food here is so much better when you take it to go. I like the rare steak pho. Rare steak means it's almost raw. I like it better when I can take it home, sepate the meat and let the broth do the cooking.

Don’t let the clean interior fool you, this place actually also has bom pho.
Some of the best broth I’ve had in the Denver area, 2nd only to pho duy 2 in Broomfield.
Tendon is soft, melts in your mouth (just give it a second to heat up before dumping your fresh sprouts in.
I got it spicy which really wasn’t that spicy but just asked for Thai chili peppers on the side and it was just right.

Best fried rice ever!
Kind of an addict for their tofu fried rice. If you're a vegetarian then Pho Bom's vegetable fried rice is a must try.

The amount of food that you get is very big! I ordered a Medium size bawl… could not finish it!

The food is excellent, tasted very close to the pho from Vietnam from my last travels!
