Ordered to go, they said one hour, came in one hour and i still had to wait like 20 minutes. Sadly i watched a cockroach crawl across the floor so it honestly makes me weary of eating there again, even though the food is really good. You never know how many roaches are crawling around in the back near the food.
Don’t let the clean interior fool you, this place actually also has bom pho.
Some of the best broth I’ve had in the Denver area, 2nd only to pho duy 2 in Broomfield.
Tendon is soft, melts in your mouth (just give it a second to heat up before dumping your fresh sprouts in.
I got it spicy which really wasn’t that spicy but just asked for Thai chili peppers on the side and it was just right.

I am traveling a lot and very picky when choosing Vietnamese restaurant , I am from Seattle and others from Dallas . Found this place such amazing on foods , We ordered dishes recommended from the Chef and It turned out delicious and authentic taste . Recommend to everyone
