Worst restaurant experience in a very long time. I waited 1hr 10min for my to go order. There was a family of 4 dining-in the entire time I waited. They got 2 of the 3 items in my order wrong. When I mentioned it, I was told they don’t have any time to make it right for me. My “teriyaki” chicken is literally chicken nuggets. I was told to just pour the random sauce on it(it wasn’t teriyaki). The restaurant is filthy and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Everyone’s shoes stuck to the floor everywhere you walked and food crumbled were scattered along the floor as well. The “clean” table I sat at to wait for my order had a dirty table cloth on it was old food stains.This is very upsetting considering the previous owners had great service and food. Won’t be going back.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant was very clean. Food was absolutely delicious, the chef even came out to say hi and asked if we had any comments. We will go ever week if possible.

Disappointed to say the least, the best thing we had was the won tons, my General Tso was chewy and the Lo mein was not the correct texture either. The Hot and sour soup was okay but I've had better. Yet they remained very busy so I hope other had a better experience and ours was a slip up..Service was Absolutely Amazing, Prompt Friendly, Drinks remained topped off. Hence the 2 star rating otherwise it would have been less.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The service was absolutely horrible. There was one other party in the restaurant and it still took 20 minutes for me to order. Then my food came out before the other party. And if it wasn’t for the fact that stayed and watched me as I signed the Bill I wouldn’t of tipped them at all. Never will go back to this horrible place.

Visited this place a while back, and the service was awful. 3 of us went to eat and after a long wait they brought 2 of us food. They never remembered the third didn't have food until 20 minutes later when we were finally able to flag someone down. I like to support local, so i decided to give them another chance today. I went in and ordered 1 order of crab cheese wontons and a drink. That's it. I waited OVER an hour, and never even received my drink despite them letting me know a few times it was "almost ready". I gave up. I won't be back.

Our experience was terrible, our waitress was obviously on drugs or something she was all over the place and they were out of everything including ALL SODAS!? When we were waiting for our pho we over heard her telling another guest that they were out of gin and then he pointed it out to her on the shelf they had. When she brought our pho over to our table, the way she was holding our bowl her whole thumb was in our bowl of pho as she was putting it down. Ew, very dirty and unprofessional.

Don't pay first! 40 minute wait for a to-go order and when we arrived we were told 10 more minutes. About 25 minutes later we received our order, which ended up being incorrect and missing the rice. The food is horrible. Hardly any egg in the egg drop soup. All 5 entrees we received were horrible and tasted like it has been sitting for a while.I will second the earlier review of the kitchen staff person not wearing a mask either.

Same experience as Sam. I never wrote a 1 star review before. Ordered delivery, after 1h 30m we went there to see what was going on. They said they will work on it. The place was empty. After 25 min we decided to leave, they weren't able to serve our food. There were 3 people with jeans and street clothes cooking, 1 of them unmasked.After seeing that and the 2h waiting, we didn't even want to take the risk of eating that food.I used to loved this place.

First of all, this may be the first one star I have ever given. And I do want to preface that we loved this restaurant up until a few months ago.But, after tonight, we will not be returning. We ordered delivery, only to wait 2 hours with no updates and no food. Their phone is out of service, so we could not get answers that way as well. My fiancé drove there only to find out our order had not been started, yet we had been charged in full. The restaurant was empty.We waited an additional 30 minutes only to get home with both our orders wrong, appetizers missing, and the one right thing we ordered was cold as if it had been sitting out for hours.We were very disappointed and only share this to help people avoid the headache.

I used to love going here, but now they have a new owner. I found not one but THREE HAIRS in my food, I have never been so grossed out by a place before now. He blamed it on the restaurant depot- We didn’t finish eating we paid and left.
