The short rib pho was nice. The spice level for the pho (spicy broth) is like a mild. The ribs are a little sweet for my liking but they are quite tasty. Overall delicious pho 🍜

The staff was very accommodating for our big party. We had to move several times due to the fact that additional friends kept showing up. Food was great. Allison was a great server, very nice and accommodating, however, the AC is fully incapable of cooling their establishment. Me and my group of 8 were all sweating profusely during our meal. Nearly unbearable.

This is a good option for a mixed crowd of folks. Vegan options: vegan pho (clearly labeled) and vermicelli plate - substitute peanut sauce instead of fish sauce, and can get veggies or tofu on top.
