The lack of love for the pho and most of the focus on the brisket was apparent. 15+ dollars for pho would’ve gotten me a large bowl of pho with filet mignon, Kobe beef, or combination with tendon, tripe, and brisket, but instead gets you a less than small bowl with brisket that overpowers the okay pho broth. I wish there was the option to add more to the pho other than hoisin and sriracha, no basil or bean sprouts, tendon, or tripe. Even the 4-5 little pieces of brisket didn’t...

As a self proclaimed native of South Federal Blvd. having tasted all the various pho spots feds has to offer. PKR is serving some deeeeeelicous pho king phở. Chef/owner Long told me how he simmers bone broth for 48 hours as the base of his pho broth. The other menu items are super good as well. But I can eat pho everyday ??

Amazing bani mis started going to them when they were just a food truck now they have their own little place. So shoot for them! I hope they grow and prosper! Only thing I wish they'd bring back is fermented veggies in their sandwiches they switched to lettuce...still an amazing sandy though none the
