Warm interior and straight forward but considerate service. this place has such flavorful vegetarian pho and absolutely hit the spot after a long day. 10/10 I wish I could take this place with me to every city in the USVegetarian options: Central veggie and tofu pho is SO yummy and comes with veggie broth

Ordered the Pho Rare Beef, and it came out literally within minutes. Ngl broth was dynamite, and it cooks the beef/veggies as you eat. Ambiance is also nice; clean place.

Leaves a lot to be desired here. Ordered spicy a few times, never got anything remotely spicy. Doesn't have tripe or tendon available for the pho.

This place does have some great pho. The service was quick when ordering and delivering the meal in a timely manner. Although, the parking was a bit tricky since the restaurant is located in a corner which can be challenging to find if you’re not using GPS. Overall, my experience with this place has been great.

A favorite when I used to work nearby. Delicious food, attentive service, and FAST. Great for a work lunch. They have a decent ambiance and small patio. Recommend pineapple curry, pad Thai, or royal chicken.

the central pho shrimp here is so authentic, tasty, and flavorful... it's the perfect meal for a cold day or for when you're feeling under the weather. i've been coming here for 10 years and the food/service never disappoints. HIGHLY recommend!

Food at this place is divine! I've lived in many places and have had lots of different pho experiences, but this is the best I've ever had. The flavor of the broth is un matched!

Fantastic spot for a bowl of pho. It is a go-to spot for my friends and I. The service is very quick, almost always get seated right when we walk in the door. The food is excellent and always comes out rapidly. Nice little spot close to DU campus. Highly recommend!

The service was good! The host came by to refill water and food came out quickly. The broth for my order(pho combo) was interesting- it was fattier and and perhaps thicker than a typical pho broth. Unfortunately the noodles were prepared poorly. It was a serious effort to bite through them- I'm not sure if they weren't soaked enough before being added or if they were just undercooked, but they seriously limited the potential of this pho.

So this restaurant came up on my instagram through Denver_Foodie, so I had to check it out because I loveeeee Pho! The one in the video was Spicy Beef Pho! Absolutely delicious, the perfect amount of spice, and a great amount of meat! We ordered to go, but the restaurant was cute and tidy on a busy street with other food options. Would love to go back and try a new dish!

I recently called to place a pickup order at Saigon Star, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I called at 8:18 PM, 40 minutes before their scheduled closing time of 9 PM, and the way they handled my order was rather disappointing.Upon calling, I informed them that I would arrive 20 minutes before closing to pick up my food. However, instead of accommodating the order with a welcoming attitude, they seemed eager to rush me through the process. The staff indicated that their kitchen would be closing soon, making it feel as if they were unwilling to accept my order in the first place. By the way my order was only two bowls of pho.Adding to my discomfort, they insisted on taking my credit card information over the phone for payment, citing the impending closure as the reason. Despite the time still being well before closing, I felt uneasy sharing sensitive information over the phone, and it seemed like an unnecessary and unprofessional approach. While I understand that restaurants have closing procedures, it is essential to treat customers with respect and courtesy until the designated closing time. I believe there could have been a more customer-friendly way to handle the situation without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable.Additionally, they may want to consider other secure payment options to avoid putting customers in uneasy situations.

4.5 out of 5 stars. We shall round up to 5.Parking may be limited. The interior may be on the verge of a hole in the wall restaurant. The service was very ordinary.However... the food was very hot. There was a sense of pride felt from the cooks in the kitchen. We enjoyed crab cheese wontons for an appetizer. The teriyaki chicken with veggies for one meal. And the spicy chicken curry for the other meal. The food portions were wonderful. Enough to take home a healthy amount for a second round. Our server packaged our meals when we were done. We will definitely be back for more in the future. It was not packed with people inside. It's probably a hidden gem to many in the area.
