Trying new spots in Denver is always a dice roll and 90% of the time I end up disappointed, and this place did not disappoint.
Super friendly and tentative staff, the food is super legit, the cocktails are really well done.
Get the Taiwanese Friend Chicken. You'll be glad you did.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time dining at Pig and Tiger! The food was delicious, service was great, and the atmosphere was lovely. We shared 2 of the smaller plates and 2 of the larger plates, and ended up with a tiny bit left-over. We got the spicy pork wontons, Pig and Tiger salad, pork rice, and beef noodle soup. Everything was divine. The noodle soup in particular was a standout, with perfectly chewy noodles, rich broth, and tender beef. The dishes were quite spicy (in a good way!). The salted plum cocktail was also amazing. My only complaint was that the dumplings were kind of cold when they arrived, but they still tasted good. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Incredible food, and Bailey was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic server! Highly recommend the fried chicken, sesame noodles, and the shaved ice.

For our group of 9, we ordered mostly everything that's on the menu. And can't point out a single dish that we did not love.
My favorite though was the pig and tiger salad. Any chef they can create a complex tasting salad that is bright, balanced and makes you want to go for more is highly skilled.
The service is exceptional. The manger, chefs, servers everyone is always looking after you. What a nice little gem of a restaurant. Adore !

Pig and Tiger is a new Taiwanese fusion restaurant in the LoDo area of Downtown Denver. Looking at it from outside, it may not seem like much, but upon walking in, one can sense that they will have a culinary experience. Do be aware that the only parking in the area is metered and timed street parking.
I loved the atmosphere here. Dark, moody, great for catching up with a friend or to take someone on a date that you want to impress. The music and overall sound levels in there make it so conversation flows naturally.
Service was on point. Our server accommodated all of our requests and took care of us very well. Huge kudos there!
The food overall was good albeit either very salty or not salty enough. The mapo tofu and sweet and sour soup I found to be overwhelmingly salty. The mapo tofu in particular I had to eat with a healthy spoonful of rice to endure the saltiness. Sesame noodles and jellyfish salad were very bland in my opinion and I felt like I needed extra sauce or salt for those.
Prices are on the higher end but along the lines of what you would expect for a higher end restaurant in Downtown Denver.

Cool spot with great food and good service! The wontons and pork fried rice were great.. can’t wait to return and try more. But guys… pls turn up the lighting a tad. Couldn’t see barely any of the ingredients tonight. That’s an experience in itself, but would rather see…

We really enjoyed our meal at Pig and Tiger. There are plenty of vegetarian options, and our wonderful server convinced us to eat “family style” in order to share several dishes. They were all delicious, and I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s leftovers.

This was overall a wonderful dining experience. The food was incredibly flavorful - we had the Pig and Tiger salad, vegetable dumplings, cold sesame noodles, and fried chicken, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous and we left stuffed, with some leftovers. The service was attentive but not overbearing, and everyone was excited to share info about the restaurant, ingredients, recipes, and recommendations. We were there celebrating an anniversary, and they made us feel incredibly special. We will definitely be back!

I think they could’ve upped the spice levels since they play it a little safe, but overall loved the flavors and menu variety. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful our experience was at Pig and Tiger. We had a group of six people, with reservations at 5:20 PM. Upon arrival, we were pleased at how beautiful the interior looked and how helpful the front door staff was.
For dinner, our group shared the Jellyfish salad, friend shrimp
cocktail, pig & tiger salad, charred broccoli, crispy potatoes, chili wontons, braised port rice, pork belly buns and Taiwanese fried chicken.
1) Presentation of the food was beautiful.
2) Porton size for each plate was perfect for our group.
3) Taste of each dish was spot on.
Our server ensured our food was presented at the table in a timely manner and provided a brief description of the meal presented at the table.
We will definitely be back.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
