REALLY good coffee. Cute little shop inside union station. I got the Vietnamese Iced coffee and it was so good, I wish I got a larger size. My partner and I also got a croissant to share and I wish I got my own.

Got a Tiramisu coffee while waiting for my train back to Chicago. My only regret is that I didn't get a large! Whether you're using the trains or hitting the shopping district, this is a great place for a tasty brew!

I went in today and the girl taking my order was rude. didn’t even greet me, she was so quick with everything. she was obviously frustrated. i got a matcha and realized that she didn’t even ask me if i wanted it hot or iced so i asked her if it already came a certain way. she basically yelled at me that it could go either way, so still trying to remain kind i told her that i’d like it iced. as she wrote my name down on the cup and turned around she rolled her eyes as if it was an inconvenience. i also watched as a man came to pick up his drink, he thanked her and she did not even acknowledge him. it was obvious that she didn’t want to be working. i work in the service industry and never have i ever treated a customer that way.

It was all amazing, and they make a great Mocha! Atmosphere what to be expected for Union Station. I would recommend even if it is just to try their Mocha.

At Union Station. Great coffee & matcha. Matcha is more expensive ounce per ounce. Coffee less than $5 for a small.

Overpriced and acidic espresso. Rude service.
Raspberry mocha is the best coffee I’ve ever had hands down!

Tiramisu latte is great, not too sweet but it was warmish cold and not really hot which was kind of weird considering it was also paired with a croissant that was cold and they didn't have the ability to warm up.

This coffee joint is located inside Denver Union Station so it's a convenient stop for traingoers!
The prices are a tad expensive, but getting to sip your coffee in Union Station is a great experience. However, I would avoid the pastries because they do not have an oven to warm up any of their offerings. The croissant and ham+cheese croissant were served room temp and I am sure they would have been better if they were warmed up before hand.
There's another coffee shop across the station platform if a hot pastries (and other food) is a requirement for you.

Nothing special, rude barista
I love the vibe, love how well it fits in Union Station. But, like so many American coffee shops, the espresso was bitter. Undrinkable. (Yes, I ordered just a plain espresso, for "here".) Also, they asked if I wanted sparkling water, and I said yes, but none was served. They were not busy.

Overall 5 stars for the things Pigtrain CAN control! Obviously, a great coffee shop with delicious drinks will always be crowded. Due to Pigtrain's location in Union Station, the line always ends up out the door. The staff are doing their best for being there for morning rush, but I do feel bad that they're clearly tired from how many customers they get in the mornings. However, it's worth the wait to try their tiramisu or horchata lattes (if you like your coffee on the sweeter side). If you want to sit and enjoy your drink, there's seating in the main Union Station area, but only a few bar stools in Pigtrain itself (again, not something they can help due to their location). I highly recommend going if you're in the area after 9am!

One of the best coffee shops in denver. I definitely recommend to try Irish coffee with whiskey which is perfect in cold weather
