Love the food but every time I tried to go, they are never open. Just tried to go on a Friday for lunch and once again get the "closed" sign. I also tried to order something this week as it said they would "open again after April 6th" and the first time on their website you can order a lunch is 6 days from now. I live a block from there and am lucky if I can get lunch from there once a month. So sad as this part of town desperately needed a great sandwich place :(
In house finely crafted meats and other ingredients go into these incredible sandwiches. I'm definitely a repeat customer.

Go here, it's that simple. Make your own opinion but I imagine you will form a great one! It is a business within a business that fronts as a sandwich place but really provides a whole other element as a corporate experience, date night, fun cooking night. If you are there for lunch, order the Cubano or the Bologna and enjoy the amazing ingredients and preparation. Seriously, it's really good, especially compared to your standard "city lunch"For context, I walk by this exact location at least 2 times per day and didn't know it was here until a coworker stumbled upon it and asked me to check it out. It's an "if you know you know" place at the moment as a fairly new business, give it a chance and if you like it spread the word!
Cubano is best in town. Had a pork & oyster sausage po-boy a few weeks ago that I would negotiate significant obstacles to eat again. Super friendly peeps. My fave lunch spot downtown, hands down!
Had to pay 18% tip before I even got my sandwich. The BBQ shrimp po boy was small.
Had the pork tenderloin with tonato sauce which was great. Radish were a little thick for me, but they provided the right crunch and they didn't shy away from the fishy and salty flavors. My only real complaint was the bread which didn't seem up to the quality and uniqueness of the rest. Sort of your standard Crusty white roll, not much flavor or crumb and too big for the filling. Still, I'll go back to try something else for sure.

The rumors are true… The cubano is amazing. Friendly & attentive staff, can’t wait to return & try the rest of their offerings.

Best sandwich I've found downtown!
Debris was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Staff was super friendly too and the whole vibe was great!
