Ordered through Pizza Hut app. Got DoorDash as delivery but never got my pizza. Two hours go by and I called the store. Was asked what I would like to be done… was told an hour for another pizza so I asked for refund. Never received refund. Ordered on the 25th of January.

Tgis is my 1st time ordering from here, and i used uber, and i don't why, but the pizza box came to me unsecured. I don't know about anyone else but i don't like recieving a box that looks like someone put their hand all inside it. It's a problem and this is why i have trust issues.

Ordered in November, for pick up from this pizza hut. Under their new policy they are supposed to show you your order, if not it is free! However the failed to uphold their " No show, free pizza policy!" All the cashier did was say she will talk to the manager. Called today, and they said they had no record of it. It's sad that they can't even keep to their word as a business!!! Pathetic!!!

Shailah was great. Every time we’ve come in the service is great regardless of the team member and the food is always made as ordered and tastes great as well, if there’s ever an issue they’re quick to make it better.

Went to pickup my order and they tried only giving me half of my order. When I confronted them about it I was told they delivered it to someone else and I would have to wait 20 + more minutes in the heat with my young kids. When I asked what they would do to make it up to me considering it was they're fault and not mine I was told nothing. My pizzas were dry and cold by the time I got home. Very disappointed in the food, the service and the employees.

Shady place. Don’t pay ahead for your order. Drivers don’t even pay attention to the address. Had to physically go get my pizza because they lied about it being closed after delivering my pizza to the wrong address. Then telling me they could not do anything about it! Shady!
