Where do i begin…tried to get over some of the negative reviews and give this place a chance based on the good ones. Very disappointed. We ordered two pizza’s and bread sticks, one pizza was not even close to being warm, the other pizza was made alright, the bread sticks were dry and very crispy. The maranara for the sticks were cold, threw me off quite a bit. I will say the only thing i liked was that they put extra maranara in the box but it doesnt help if its cold. Last thing, the pepporoni was cooked more than the pizza and it was chewy, as well as barely any sauce at all on it. All we wanted was something that wasnt overly expensive after a long morning of flights and delays. Definitely dont recommend this location.

Well, there's a misunderstanding. First of all, on the app, the pizzas are $2. For a personal pan, but,unless you read into it, you don't really understand it then to make matters worse, I got a free bread stick because of my point and the sauce was none. Box, so I called the storage and let him know what had happened and the lady says, did you check your stuff i said, no I thought it was already in the box, but either way, how do you breadsticks with no sauce, so instead of giving that, Hey, we're sorry, we apologize. You know maybe we'll do it better, I didn't get any of that. It was uh, win for me. Better lost, because I still aint. But not what I wanted

I just want to share the incredible experience my son and I had with Shavonne at Pizza Hut. We both are on the autism spectrum and have ADHD, which can make something as simple as picking up a food order feel overwhelming, but Shavonne showed us nothing but kindness, patience, and genuine care.
From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile that immediately put us at ease. She took the time to let us check to make sure our order was correct and never once made us feel rushed or like we were a burden — something that, unfortunately, doesn’t happen often. Her kindness went beyond just handing out a pizza order; she truly saw us.
The pizza was delicious, but honestly, it was Shavonne’s thoughtful and compassionate service that made this experience unforgettable. She turned what could have been a stressful moment into a happy memory for our family.
Thank you, Shavonne, for your heart, your patience, and for making us feel welcome just as we are. Pizza Hut is lucky to have you!

Disgusting people over there. VERY RUDE! Need to get rid of some of there workers. If anything shut this location down all the reviews to this place is 100% correct I don't know how they get any business to be honest

I’ve ordered pizza plenty of times before the last two times. Ordered about a month ago and I never got my order. Waiting 2 hours. Worst ever. I thought I would try again ordering from this place but my order never left the store. Manager was very rude when I called the past time. Today people were laughing in the background as if they knew the pizza was never being baked. Worst customer service. These people need to get another job if they don’t like what they are doing. Better off ordering BlackJack or PapaJohns
The store sucks always delayed on the orders and on top of that they don't even care for customers. Management very rude!!

Terrible experience - GM refused to give me my food after it was supposed to be delivered. They used DoorDash for delivery when I have asked them many times not too since the food never arrives unless Pizza Hut driver delivers. They basically said we cannot stop DoorDash even when I asked to have note added to my account. GM basically robbed me of my food since they figured out that DoorDash never picked up my order so when I showed up to resolve it the GM flat out told me to change my attitude. So your telling me the GM can just deny food to a paying customer because I was upset about a delivery? Really? You should not be in a customer facing job if you can't handle it. Never again Pizza Hut! And word of mouth on bad service carriess more than any good review so you may want to address that....
Terrible service more than 40 minutes and still waiting for a pizza. 5 to 7 days refund if I cancel order and not receipt for you refund. First time, really disappointed
The app and website needs some work, there is always an issue which makes me order by phone. The person who took my order really messed up and overcharged however the manager fixed it. Kuddos to her for a job well done - handled with a smile. I didn't realize that I was missing some wings from my order. I did not have the patience to go back and wait but overall my food was good and the service was excellent.

We never received our pizza! I called 4 times they said they delivered our pizza. We never received it They really suck!! They kept giving us the run around saying it was delivered then they said the manager was delivering it we never received it then the manager was arguing with me about it! When we never received our pizza! They just suck! At This location!

Theire service sucks. I never received our pizza and they said it was delivered. We waited more than an hour and called three times never received our pizza!!! I don't recommend their service and they don't even give you a discount or anything!!! they really really suck!!!!!
