Extremely bad service and they had no way to handle their payment system when someone needed help with it. Paid for puzza 3 times with no receipt?. Had to call my bank to stop the other 2 charges on my account. There is little to no workers here and the place got filled with customers super quick. Extremely bad service here and there payment system is not recommended here, dont come here unless you wanna keep your money, never buying from here ever.
Terrible service, we were there to pick up our order and we waited in line for 20 minutes. Just to pay
If I can do a 0 star I would I used to love going to this place I would order every single fridays since my son is autistic and he loves Pizza Hut pizza and it’s the closest to my home. But after today I will no longer go I know that just me as a Customer they might not care because they have other but I do. Today I ordered pizza for my family place my order and went for pick up, and literally waited 1hr 6 mins it’s ok I understand busy weekend. But there was an older African American gentleman who was up front and he was extremely rude to 2 younger gentlemen’s from a delivery service there. And these gentlemen’s did not speak English and that’s ok because the guys were just showing the screen on their phones for pick up. No need to speak to the man who was helping them and this gentleman goes and tells the delivery people to speak, to speak English or else he was not going to help them. That is so wrong in many ways. But after this I will drive the extra 15 mins to the GVR location very sad to have witnessed this. So wrong.

Pizza Hut was launched on May 31, 1958,[6] by two brothers, Dan and Frank Carney, both Wichita State students, as a single location in Wichita, Kansas.[7] Six months later they opened a second outlet, and within a year they were operating six locations.[8]
One early employee was future Pro Football Hall of Fame head coach Bill Parcells, who had worked for the company while a college student and football player at Wichita State University. Parcells was considering a franchise for a career (as well as law school), but instead chose to enter coaching, eventually becoming a head coach in the National Football League.[9]
The brothers began franchising in 1959. The iconic Pizza Hut building style was designed in 1963 by Chicago architect George Lindstrom[10] and was implemented in 1969.[8]
The first Pizza Hut opened on May 31, 1958, in Wichita, Kansas.
PepsiCo acquired Pizza Hut in November 1977.[11][12] On May 30, 1997, PepsiCo spun off Pizza Hut, along with Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken, into a new company named Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc. The company assumed the name of Yum! Brands on May 22, 2002.[13][14]
Orders delivery to my hotel. Driver delivered within 30 minutes and he was very kind. Food was accurate and delicious. No complaints at all!

Where do i begin…tried to get over some of the negative reviews and give this place a chance based on the good ones. Very disappointed. We ordered two pizza’s and bread sticks, one pizza was not even close to being warm, the other pizza was made alright, the bread sticks were dry and very crispy. The maranara for the sticks were cold, threw me off quite a bit. I will say the only thing i liked was that they put extra maranara in the box but it doesnt help if its cold. Last thing, the pepporoni was cooked more than the pizza and it was chewy, as well as barely any sauce at all on it. All we wanted was something that wasnt overly expensive after a long morning of flights and delays. Definitely dont recommend this location.

Well, there's a misunderstanding. First of all, on the app, the pizzas are $2. For a personal pan, but, unless you read into it, you don't really understand it then to make matters worse, I got a free bread stick because of my point and the sauce was none. Box, so I called the storage and let him know what had happened and the lady says, did you check your stuff i said, no I thought it was already in the box, but either way, how do you breadsticks with no sauce, so instead of giving that, Hey, we're sorry, we apologize. You know maybe we'll do it better, I didn't get any of that. It was uh, win for me. Better lost, because I still aint. But not what I wanted

I just want to share the incredible experience my son and I had with Shavonne at Pizza Hut. We both are on the autism spectrum and have ADHD, which can make something as simple as picking up a food order feel overwhelming, but Shavonne showed us nothing but kindness, patience, and genuine care.
From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile that immediately put us at ease. She took the time to let us check to make sure our order was correct and never once made us feel rushed or like we were a burden — something that, unfortunately, doesn’t happen often. Her kindness went beyond just handing out a pizza order; she truly saw us.
The pizza was delicious, but honestly, it was Shavonne’s thoughtful and compassionate service that made this experience unforgettable. She turned what could have been a stressful moment into a happy memory for our family.
Thank you, Shavonne, for your heart, your patience, and for making us feel welcome just as we are. Pizza Hut is lucky to have you!

Disgusting people over there. VERY RUDE! Need to get rid of some of there workers. If anything shut this location down all the reviews to this place is 100% correct I don't know how they get any business to be honest
They said they cannot deliver to 51st and uvalde
Never come here.
I’ve ordered pizza plenty of times before the last two times. Ordered about a month ago and I never got my order. Waiting 2 hours. Worst ever. I thought I would try again ordering from this place but my order never left the store. Manager was very rude when I called the past time. Today people were laughing in the background as if they knew the pizza was never being baked. Worst customer service. These people need to get another job if they don’t like what they are doing. Better off ordering BlackJack or PapaJohns
The store sucks always delayed on the orders and on top of that they don't even care for customers. Management very rude!!
