Terrible service more than 40 minutes and still waiting for a pizza. 5 to 7 days refund if I cancel order and not receipt for you refund. First time, really disappointed

The app and website needs some work, there is always an issue which makes me order by phone. The person who took my order really messed up and overcharged however the manager fixed it. Kuddos to her for a job well done - handled with a smile. I didn't realize that I was missing some wings from my order. I did not have the patience to go back and wait but overall my food was good and the service was excellent.

We never received our pizza! I called 4 times they said they delivered our pizza. We never received it They really suck!! They kept giving us the run around saying it was delivered then they said the manager was delivering it we never received it then the manager was arguing with me about it! When we never received our pizza! They just suck! At This location!

Theire service sucks. I never received our pizza and they said it was delivered. We waited more than an hour and called three times never received our pizza!!! I don't recommend their service and they don't even give you a discount or anything!!! they really really suck!!!!!

I would like a call regarding customer service of a disabled veteran (identified to your staff) about the rude and poor treatment. I recieved for my order. Over two 20 oz sodas your deliver person forgot and my word was not worth a 5 min drive to rectify it. Please provide a direct contact because the store is the problem and I would not be here, if the fill in for this store on duty at 6pm, spoke as a professional.

I arrived 10 minutes after my pizza should have been done. They had not put the pizza in the oven yet. They told me to wait 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, my pizza still had not been put in the oven, and they told me to wait 20 minutes.
I asked for a refund and they suddenly said they couldn't because my pizza was magically in the oven then (they weren't fooling anybody with this nonsense).
Terrible service, always backed up, and their staff will lie straight to your face.

listen first off before anyone has anything to say I've grown up on pizza hut my whole life. I can say this in the best way I can, the pizza is horrible and the service we will get to that. I ordered a large hear me out a LARGE I was applaud when I seen this tiny little large coming into my house and than the wings its a super no go for me they look like someone just threw them together. than the delivery service guy was very nice but really old so he forgot my soda and than when calling to let them know they can just refund the soda it took longer to get answer and than I couldn't be refunded I don't want no damn credit I am not ever planning on ordering pizza hut again I will stick with ANTHONY'S. Disappointed about this whole experience and another thing I used to work for multiple pizza hut and I prided myself as assistant manager the food was better now you got kids working behind a counter just trying to get a pay check. I think it's time for a revamp. good day

This pizza hut is the absolute worst. The employees do not care about their jobs and the service is terrible. Every time I have ever ordered from here it takes way longer than the time quoted and your lucky if you ever get your food. Management, please hire more or better employees. Tonight we ordered pizza and it never even came, when I went to the store to see about it, there was so many people in the lobby I couldn't even go in. No one is answering and the call center won't refund me for food I never got.

This place is the worst place to come, the customer service sucks, I was doing doordash and I happened to send my wife in will I wait in the car and the manager told my wife the it wasn't the name on the account because it was a male name on the account, so I went in to the store and the manager said I need an ID to pick up the order, in my entire time doing doordash I have never came across some to ask me for my ID to take the orde. this place sucks managers and cashier and all the way around. Never coming here again at 15470

We placed an order, it arrived cold and 1 hour late, we are 8 minutes from the store, it did not arrive complete, we called the store and they hung up the call, I went to the store the person who attended me, ran me from the store and told me that the employee was new that if I did not understand English it was not his problem, I told him that I only wanted my money and I threatened to talk to the police.
