What a rip off! I ordered the My Hut Box...a personal pan pizza with your choice of two toppings and your choice of a side. For my pizza I chose pepperoni and black olives and all I got was ONE piece of pepperoni per slice. The Buffalo Boneless wings were great!

I called 20 minutes ago came back to the store. They say it didn’t put it in the oven. What’s the point of ordering an online ? If you’re not making the pizza just closer damn Pizza Hut,?

I ordered food at 1057pm. For whatever reason you guys had door dash deliver my order who happened to my someone who didn't speak any English. They finally showed up 30 minutes after the fact and immediately sped out of my parking lot when they saw me and I never got my food. I called the store for over 40 minutes before someone finally answered saying they were closed. When I attempted to tell my story the employee hung up the phone in my face. I then called back where the same person who hung up on me answered again saying they were closed. When I asked why he hung up he lied and said it was someone else and basically told me oh well, call tomorrow to do something about it. I wish I could give this store negative stars! Lazy, lying and beyond unprofessional staff. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I've been on hold waiting for customer service to answer for 45 minutes at this point. NEVER again!!

My order came about 45 minutes later than was expected and by the time we received the pizza it was already starting to get cold.
I would rate 0 if there is an option. Ordered Alfredo pasta and they gave me wings instead. And they want me to come back and show them that i got wings. And also added bread sticks with pasta which they never prepared when i reached the restaurant.They kept me waited for 10 min.

An Asian girl treated me badly and discriminated against me for not knowing English. She treated me very badly and did not give me the order as I requested. I do not know how to make a claim for such abuse. She did not even let me continue placing my order.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a further location. The first visit order was messed up but they agreed to remake the pizza however I was crunched for time and just took the one that was made wrong. The second time it was wrong AGAIN but it was the sauce they got wrong, so I didn't know it until I got home. I called it in and BOTH times they claimed it was because I ordered online and that the system is glitchy. They said they would credit me for a free pizza and when I called in a few weeks later they said there was no credit on my account and they couldn't help me. Well that free pizza lost you a loyal customer because I'm never going back. PHut is my favorite chain and I live like two blocks from here as of last month. They are dishonest and not accountable.
