5 stars for Tonio. He is always friendly and polite when I pick up my weekly Wing Wednesday order. I appreciate him. The GM is awful though. Barely speaks English and rude. But go at night to get best service from Tonio.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in this evening in a rush on my way home from work for a pickup order. Myself and a door dasher were waiting. He left the store, went to his car, returned with a bag and we continued to stand there waiting because no one was at the front. I’ve worked service industry so I know the “ignore the customer while you do stuff out back” trick.

Eventually I yell out “hello?” (Think “I’m Ron Burgundy” in tone) to let the employees know we were there. A staff member comes out and tells me that in future I need to wait until they come out and not yell out. I replied that I was in a rush. I took our order and left, got home and the cheesey bread was just shy of burnt and the crust on the pizza was dark brown from being over cooked.

The interaction left me fuming. I’m sorry but I’m not going to stand at the counter while my kids are in the car and wait until some rude employee decides they want to do their job and serve the customer. I could have yelled out a lot of other harsher things, I could have used profanity but I didn’t. I said hello in a questioning tone not even an annoyed or angry tone and this woman comes out and cops an attitude. From now on we’ll be going to any pizza hutt but this one.

Honestly if I can give this place a zero I called up there four times she said she couldn't find my order and yet we had to go up there just for her to find it and just to say they're out of mushrooms It was very disrespectful about it not good customer service wasn't willing to make it right

Tonio should not be taking orders. Was short with an attitude, and then put in my order wrong. Running short on time so couldn't fix it. Plus they have 2 doors, one of which is for employees but they don't tell you until you walk through and they yell at you.

I don’t know why I keep giving these people. A chance absolutely sucks third or fourth time now I’ve ordered delivery and it’s the third or fourth time now my food has been not correct. This will be the last chance given never again.
