Honestly the food is just fine at this location but they have some weird employees. There's a sign on the front counter that says that if they don't show me my pizza before I pay then the pizza is free, therefore I waited for them to show me my pizza. I asked to see it before I paid for it without bringing up the sign, but not one but two employees bullied me into paying for my pizza before I even saw it. And when I say bully I mean they yelled at me saying that I had to pay for my pizza. In normal circumstances, where the sign wasn't there, they would show me my pizza before I pay, so the sign is there therefore they change the rules? I told them I like to see my product before purchasing in case there are any mistakes and they got mad at me for even saying that. A third employee walked up and asked me what was wrong and I told him that they're trying to get me to pay for my food before I even see it, so how do I know it's correct? So he tried telling the ladies to let me look before paying but they bullied him as well.
The food there is always fine and there's never any issues but I found it weird that just because there is a promotion they suddenly changed the rules and not let me see my product prior to purchase. I frequent this location at least once a month and the woman running the place has always been very kind so I hope she was just in a bad mood but don't take it out on me for being able to read the promotion right in front of me.

Placed a large order for delivery. ETA was 7:30 - 7:40 PM. The food arrived hot, at my door, at 7:05! No complaints and surprised with the speedy service.

What a rip off! I ordered the My Hut Box...a personal pan pizza with your choice of two toppings and your choice of a side. For my pizza I chose pepperoni and black olives and all I got was ONE piece of pepperoni per slice. The Buffalo Boneless wings were great!

I called 20 minutes ago came back to the store. They say it didn’t put it in the oven. What’s the point of ordering an online ? If you’re not making the pizza just closer damn Pizza Hut,?

I ordered food at 1057pm. For whatever reason you guys had door dash deliver my order who happened to my someone who didn't speak any English. They finally showed up 30 minutes after the fact and immediately sped out of my parking lot when they saw me and I never got my food. I called the store for over 40 minutes before someone finally answered saying they were closed. When I attempted to tell my story the employee hung up the phone in my face. I then called back where the same person who hung up on me answered again saying they were closed. When I asked why he hung up he lied and said it was someone else and basically told me oh well, call tomorrow to do something about it. I wish I could give this store negative stars! Lazy, lying and beyond unprofessional staff. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I've been on hold waiting for customer service to answer for 45 minutes at this point. NEVER again!!
