I met the driver outside so they didn't have to come in and walk all the way through the building. I accidentally did not give her the $20 bill. She told me that she had $17. And not the correct amount for the bill. When I went outside again, she said what you actually gave me 16. She wanted me to give her the 20 and her. Keep not just a $3 tip, but almost a $7 tip when I. I told her that I needed some of the change back from the 17 she had she made an unpleasant sigh She says. Well. It was 16 I gave her 36 come back inside. She lied, there was $18, so she got a bigger tip than she should have gotten. She was extremely rude and she better never delivers my food again cause if I see her I am going right back inside and your pizza will be a waste!!!

I ordered a pizza, drink and dessertDessert was fine and I appreciate them driving in the storm however the pizza was raw and ridiculously thin/limp because of this. The soda was also completely flat as I discovered when I took a sip. The quality is disgusting and I won’t be ordering again.

I called these people 40 minutes till closing to ask for a pizza delivery and as soon as they hear that the hang up on me. I tried calling back several times only to get an automated system. Lazy, terrible service. If they don't want to make a pizza while the store is still open then those employees should not work there. I'm very disappointed and pissed off. So what did I do? I ordered online.

Their driver couldn't find our house, called Pizza Hut directly and they said they didn't have the order that we placed after the driver confirmed having it and no able to find the house. Already paid for it, but was told "the order doesn't exist". Down 40 dollars and no order was received. Do not recommend, and horrible customer service.

Yesterday we ordered pizza and large wings from this location. I had used them a couple times and the food was always great. A while after I placed my order, I get a text from DoorDash saying they would be delivering it instead of Pizza Hut. The DoorDash finally showed up and there was a lady sitting in the front passenger seat with my food on her lap with her boyfriend driving the car. As they pull up, I see her closing my wings container while her bf/husband is chewing on food. He got out of the car and came to the door, and there's literally buffalo sauce all over his fingers. I counted the wings and there were 14 of them instead of 16. I can't tell you how disgusted I was! While they put a sticker on the pizza box to seal it, they did no such thing with the wings container. Not to mention, these people did not even have the food in an insulated bag to keep it warm. So it was cold on top of that. And to pay $50+ for this to happen is absurd. I will never order from here again. To the manager of this store: if I wanted to get food from DoorDash, I would've ordered through DoorDash. And the fact I had pre-tipped on my card for that makes me pretty furious... Yuck.

I am so disappointed to have witnesses how terribly my husband was just treated by John "the manager" at this Pizza Hut He answered the phone in a rude tone , sighing . Okay we all have bad days dude but don't take it out on customers. My husband then asks in what quantities they carry wings and he got annoyed and responded with a sigh and in an annoyed tone said "they come in sixes" So then my husband responded can I have 25 which of course he made the mistake of saying 25 instead of 24 and so John sighed and said "I said they come in sixes , don't you know how to count?" Honestly that pissed me off. We've been in customer service for over ten years and no matter how annoyed we are about something else we never take it out on innocent customers. Wtf is wrong with this guy. I hope you find Jesus and that whatever you're mad about is resolved. (We know he's the manager based on his response when we asked to speak to the manager for his rude behavior. If he's lying let us know )

Had a long day at work come home to order some pizza to get it delivered and a long back hair in my family box then call to talk to a manager left me on hold for 10 mins then hangs up on me try to call back 5 times to finally get a answer back then ask to speak to the manger and was so rude says she'll get my pizza delivered right away to just have to wait anthour hour to get my pizza worst experience I had so disappointed

The lady that helped me disputed and argued with me about the time from the app to when it would be ready and she said that the pizza was just put in the oven. With that being said I don't think I've ever heard that nasty and disgusting rap music in the back cussing and slanging talking about Bi$&/@s sucking d&$/. I'm sorry that's not what I came in to this restaurant for. Absolutely rude and unprofessional in my opinion to have that playing in the background when they were kids under the age of five or six is my guess inside of the store. I for one will never order from your company ever again because your standards allow this to happen.
