I NEVER post reviews, and as much as a cliche it is to say this, if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza on 10/25, when it got here it was under cooked under the toppings, the crust tasted like cardboard, the veggies weren’t even chopped up, it was like they tore a bell pepper apart with their hands and threw it on, and to top it off there was almost no sauce. Every time I tried calling the store, no answer. I reached out to the customer service 3 times in the last 2 weeks and all they keep saying is that I will get a response from the store leader ship in 1-3 days…I‘ve been told that 3 times since and no has reached out to me. Oh but they did want to log that they reached out to me so that it looks like my fault! Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant OR fast food! You would have a better experience grabbing a pizza out of the trash than ordering from THIS specific pizza hut!

I ordered an hour before they closed and the delivery driver (uber eats) stole my pizza and they refused to remake it, refund me, or even tell me so I ended up waiting an hour and a half before I even knew there was a problem

I spoke to the manager Justin and I have never experienced such disappointment and disrespect in the service industry. My family needed food tonight and I was told they cannot take my order even though they were open. What a disgrace of a worker and establishment. I tried to order a pick up order and was told I cannot. When I asked why, he responded “he was required to answer the phone” so if you have to answer the phone but you can’t do a simple job of making a pizza what are you good for. Absolute joke of an employee and restaurant. I hope Pizza Hut Corporate does something about this. I have already contacted them and hope there will be repercussions for someone so disrespectful to customers. Such a shame.

Customer service is a joke now days. This is the manager here. He messes with his face and headphones while making Pizza making sure to get his earwax all over your food. This place needs to be shut down by corporate and all new employees hired. Manager tried to fight me after one of his lazy employees started yelling at me because I had a very calm comment about how my food has been ready while they all joke around on their phones in the back. Will never be back to any pizza hut because of this location. Not how you represent a brand.

Good value for what you get. Pizza Hut is my favorite when it comes to chain/fast food so hard for me to not like it especially when you can feed a bunch of kids for half the price of the other pizza places around.

I came in with a Pizza Hut gift card and they couldn’t figure out how to use it, and then tried blame me for being gifted a bad gift card. Ive tried this location a few times and have never had a good experience there. Would not recommend.

Online it says the store closes at 1:00 AM. I placed my order by 12:36 in which the guy told me that they close in four minutes and then he decided to take my order and said I needed to be back by 1 AM to pay for it I was at the door at 1:03 and I saw a Trash can with a pizza on top in a plastic trash bag. I called the store cause no one came to the door. In which the employee answered the phone told me he had threw my food away and cancel my order then he Proceeds to ask me do I want him to get it out of the trash and was digging it out of the trash, put it on the counter and expected me to pay for it cross contamination, but it was rude and he had no emotion like sociopath, style wow and I just ordered here 3 days ago I will not patronize this place ever again * went in today 7/16/2025 and the manager Ms Bobbi took care of me for the inconvenience and everything was delicious ty
