Had hard time ordering on line so I called. They tried to make be go to the Wyoming location but it was at least a 30 minute wait. So went to this Washington location. The on phone person said the cost would be $23 for a stuff crust pizza. I said never mind. Then they dropped the price to $13.99. Then added $2.xx in tax. I said that didn't compute. Then the price changed to $14.99. Anyway...as I was walking in to get the pizza, they had just taken out and boxed. Perfectly done.

Door was locked during business hours. Almost left; then, a grumpy looking employee opened the door. Pizza tasted nasty
I paid almost $20 for a pan pizza and got a hand tossed crust wanted stuffed crust as well Collin was very rude to me that worked there!

Ordered a pizza online that was delivered through door dash. The driver must have messed up and dropped the box because he delivered to me a mess of a "pizza". Called the store and they were very friendly and polite. Sent me a new pizza right away and this one came hot and well-handled. I appreciate the employees for taking the time to make this right 👍 Hopefully pizza hut realizes that outsourcing deliveries to door dash is not working out for the customer and ultimately the business as well. Bring back real delivery drivers

The driver couldn't follow clear instructions for the building (might've been an issue on the part of Doordash + Language barrier, but I digress) and then the pizza arrived looking like the picture below. Additionally, this was a medium pizza! It looks so small for how much it costs. Not to mention that it was only just edible at best. Never ordering from another Pizza Hut again.
