Had orded the cheese sticks...order of 8 for $7.99, after a carry out order I get home only have 5 sticks in box and very small in size... very disappointed, I called to tell them and they said bring them back... bring them back like I have time for all that... Just saying check your food before leaving because calling dosnt matter.

2/20/26. Ticket #0020 Driver delivered my pepperoni lovers large pizza with bread sticks. I noticed on my printed receipt. It had no driver's tip listed. But I added 20% to my order for this delivery, which does show up deducted on my bank account. Printed receipt is for 35.38, but bank account shows 42.46. Did driver get his tip? My printed receipt shows no gratuity included. ???

I ordered through the app. It took an hour when I was quoted 25-30 minutes for delivery. I ordered 2 large pizzas a bread stick and a 2 liter. The door dash driver they sent showed up with 2 personal size pizzas and spoke another language. When I called the restaurant I got a call center agent who could not give me any confirmation that my order was now canceled/refunded in full. Not recommended for any delivery services.

We had offered for delivery last night and did not receive our order. We had called again to let time know we didn’t receive it and they said they were going to remake it, but we still didn’t receive it. It’s been almost 24hrs of calling and trying to figure it this issue. We called the store and they would just hang up in our face after letting them know we have an issue with the order. Terrible customer service!

This is the worst pizza I have had, you can’t even take it from the plate. I waited 25 min longer than the estimated time that I got in the beginning, when I called the lady was very rude and didn’t even let me talk. The pizza was cold and super thin. This was so disappointing.

Went in yesterday afternoon horrible phone service then when I got there in person literally served everyone who walked in after me then I got a refund because staff was very rude horrible management I would never run a business this way good luck having customers in the future if you hate your job just stay home please

The pizza is too expensive to be that light on toppings. I don't know who decided to close the dining room. I would say I'm not going to eat here again but they made that choice for me. I used to love pizza hut- now it's the worst chain.
