I would leave a photo but its still at the store. I waited about an hour before i gave them a call and the "manager" said it was still at the store. I called back to cancel the order because who wants cold pizza? All i got was attitude from the manager who ended up hanging up on me. Will never order from this store or pizza hut again. The manager also told me only two people were working her and a driver.I never complain but with this situation i felt the need to say something.

The Daytime manager is an angel.. When night shift the night b4 let a 2 hr late pizza come out when it was cold he fixed it.thank u

I am baffled. It seems they forgot to put sauce on my pizza and this is not the first time this has happened. I truly don't understand it. It's so simple. Bread, sauce, cheese, toppings and yet this is not the first time they have delivered me a pizza with no sauce on it. It is mind blowing and strange. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. Also, they go way overboard with the meat lovers

My boyfriend and i went there yesterday and ordered some pizza but asked them if we could pick it up at a different time because we were doing laundry in that area and wanted to come and pick it up after our clothes were done. The lady said it was fine and said we could pick it up in an hour and to make sure we brought in our receipt to show we paid for it. We went back to pick it up, they had given our order away!! They weren't trying to fix it until we called the gm and even she was rude after i explained that to her! She said she was gonna put a note on our name and number saying if this happens again not to serve us!! Who tells a customer to bring their receipt but gives our order away? That was our only way of eating last night and we were hungry. The staff was rude as hell and we'll never go back to that location again! To top it off they gave us sausage instead of beef like we ordered. Pork messes up my stomach so i was on the toilet all night after realizing it was pork sausage i threw the rest of it away! I won't be surprised if they did that on purpose! The pizza didn't taste good nor did the cheesy bread. The sauce that came with the bread tasted like it was bad as well. I won't be coming back to this location because they gave our order away and they messed up the order as well. The lady that took our order was nice but the rest of them were not. They need new management and a better way of tracking who gets the order! This place is whack. The workers will act like its your fault with a smile on their face like they did this on purpose. Never again will i go here.

Really good pizza, But please take the time and dont rush to cook the pizza. Literal dough just in the middle not cooked.

Well, I didn't read the other reviews until I had already ordered. BIG mistake - HUGE! My husband went to pick up a pizza a breadsticks. He said that he can 100% verify everything the others said in their reviews. As for the quality and taste of the pizza - we gave it a few bites before deciding to just forego dinner this evening. Lesson learned.

The service was good here and the staff was nice. The food was not good. Ordered a pizza with three toppings and it was bad. Very little toppings and it was not cooked properly. I order a lot of Pizza Hut pizzas from other locations that are great and this one is the worst due to the quality.

I will never go there again. The pasta was dry. I asked for extra sauce was ok and it was like if they decided no sauce. If they would stop playing and do their freaking jobs.
