Manager and employee were very rude to a would be customer just because he used the bathroom in front of one of their favorite customers. It was completely unnecessary over a simple misunderstanding. Just moved into the neighborhood and not sure if I will return to this location.

Pizza Hut has ruined their Pan pizza. If you had their pizza in the 90’s and 2000’s you know what I’m talking about. I found out their dough is frozen now. When I worked there as a teen we made the dough in a mixer, fresh everyday. Well the frozen dough speaks for itself, it tastes nothing like the pan pizza they became famous for. Also the texture is off. Another greedy corporation move to cut costs and sacrifice their product’s quality and taste. Won’t be buying from PH again until they put it back to the way it was.

We received our order in a very timely fashion and the pizza was hot and cooked to the expected time. We ordered a stuffed crust which is not a discounted item at least in my experience but my granddaughter loves it so I order it for her as a treat and I paid more for it. It arrived with no cheese in the crust.

Tonight I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut when I went to get it they were having some issues. I was really frustrated. I asked for the manager and he went above and beyond. I really appreciate his amazing customer service. My pizza was fresh hot and good and I will be back!

I get my personal 8$ pizza, go inside and when i open it I find out there is a peace missing… I took a pic and called them up politely asking to speak to the manager and was told the manager doesn’t wanna speak to me… I was furious and the conversation ended with the rude girl on the phone telling me to STFU. DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD HERE GO TO ANOTHER PIZZA HUT

They're not cooking the pizza right. You see this all the time in lazy pizza chains with no oversight. Look at the pictures provided - this was not the thin and crispy pizza option, supposed to be regular hand tossed. You can see the raw dough in the thicker part. Please use the right amount of dough and cook your pizzas properly....
