We received our order in a very timely fashion and the pizza was hot and cooked to the expected time. We ordered a stuffed crust which is not a discounted item at least in my experience but my granddaughter loves it so I order it for her as a treat and I paid more for it. It arrived with no cheese in the crust.

Tonight I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut when I went to get it they were having some issues. I was really frustrated. I asked for the manager and he went above and beyond. I really appreciate his amazing customer service. My pizza was fresh hot and good and I will be back!

I get my personal 8$ pizza, go inside and when i open it I find out there is a peace missing… I took a pic and called them up politely asking to speak to the manager and was told the manager doesn’t wanna speak to me… I was furious and the conversation ended with the rude girl on the phone telling me to STFU. DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD HERE GO TO ANOTHER PIZZA HUT

They're not cooking the pizza right. You see this all the time in lazy pizza chains with no oversight. Look at the pictures provided - this was not the thin and crispy pizza option, supposed to be regular hand tossed. You can see the raw dough in the thicker part. Please use the right amount of dough and cook your pizzas properly....

I think I’m just preaching to the choir here, but I feel cheated. I’ve worked pizza places before and we portion out the dough by weight. Well I swear they’ve decreased the weight of those dough balls since I’ve ordered from them. The pizza is soooo thin and there’s barely any toppings.
I’m not surprised.. it’s a big corporation. I’m just disappointed that the quality of these places wane in the name of cutting costs, while we keep paying more, and more, and more. I’m taking a break from these places man because I’m sick of being broke because I want to treat myself once in a while. I’m just so tired.
