Nice quiet place tucked away in a courtyard. The pizza was fantastic! Finally a great pizza near me!

Pork Medallions tough and over cooked. Pizza pretty good but not worth $23 for a 10 inch. No one came by to ask if we wanted more drinks or water. No plate removal when we were done. Had to have someone go find our server to get our check 15 minutes after we were done... and the place was not busy at all.
I believe this place has changed ownership since the last time I was here. The ceasar salad was good but a little heavy on the dressings. Portions were large, we had pasta al forno and pasta carbonara.
Best lasagna in town by my book.

If you like American Italian with huge American size portions and really friendly service you will like this place. I am not a fan at all because I cook and I know about Italian Deli's in the area so I can just make my own but that being said most people like this place and I would recommend it to my American friends.
The food is delicious - the best Italian food we've had in this area! Fresh pasta, rich sauces, espeically great lasagna and seafood ravioli.

Pizza Pasta Villa delivers on the food front. The Italian sausage had an interesting, unique flavor, portions were generous, and the lasagna bolognese was rich and flavorful. The calamari was also a standout — tender and perfectly prepared.
Unfortunately, the service was another story. It was comically disorganized: our table was only half cleaned when we sat down, the bottle of wine was dropped off without being poured, dishes lingered uncleared, and basic items like pepper were taken from our table to serve others. The servers seemed inexperienced, forgetful, and slow, and it wasn’t just us — other guests in the room were openly commenting about how oddly bad the service was.
If you want good Italian food, this place has it. But unless they improve their service, Pizza Pasta Villa might be best enjoyed as a carryout option.

The unusual seasoning of the sausage (which made it taste like black licorice) kind of threw off an otherwise delicious meal. The calamari was some of the most tender I’ve ever had. Hosts were attentive. The seating seems fancy but is a little too close to other tables and the music was a little louder than I like. Prices are high but the portions are large enough you’ll be taking home leftovers.

Service is great the calamari is very tender and really good, eggplant parmigiana flavorful my only advice is change the sausage it’s so heavy on the fennel that it tastes like a black licorice dessert meat. Otherwise the food is flavorful and served piping hot.

Not easily visible from the street but what a little gem! Portions are ample (!!!) and the owners (who are family) are fabulous. The food is SO DELICIOUS and flavorful…this is going to be our new favorite spot. Side note: lots of decor but spotless…including the restrooms! Just love it!
