This was my first time coming here the other day and it will be my last. You can definitely tell that the bases in the açai bowls are not fresh they're frozen and they're disgusting and on top of that the person that was working was very strange so I will not be back.

I regularly visit this location and the bowls are the BEST in Denver, hands down but this particular location had a very rough smell upon entering. The staff was also unfriendly and unhelpful although my bowl was made to perfection. I brought my mother who had never been before and she was so turned off by the smell that she didn’t order anything. I just wanted to let the company know about this as it’s too good to present this way!!!

Placed my order online, and it took 40 minutes to complete since placing it which is unusual for a smoothie place. I do love this place and order here often, but they are clearly having staffing issues. There is only one person there today and he is very delayed on orders, and I don’t blame him for not having the best day. He’s doing his best, and frustration is warranted. He deserves a little empathy. Please staff up better!

Playa bowls by far has my favorite acai bowls. Is very unfortunate that the staff is not friendly at all. There was just one employee and he had multiple waiters, none of the customers were rushing him but he was very very rude with every single customer that walked in.

I’ve been going to this location since starting a new job in the area and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The menu is so big that I was a little overwhelmed at first but now I have my favorite smoothie!

Super yummy but why do they open so late ? People need their smoothies and energy and have to be at work at 8am would suggest opening at 7:00am.
